Efficient customer service assistance

Unfortunately my order got stuck at Evri depot and was eventually allocated as “lost” by Evri. As soon as I contacted Dune customer services they verified situation and Suzanne kept me informed and arranged for prompt refund

Excellent customer service despite parcel going missing…

Placed original order online however parcel didn’t turn up, contacted customer service team to look into this and Ella went above and beyond for me. Within minutes I had information on what happened to my order and that a new one would be delivered. Ella was so helpful and reassuring, the best customer service I’ve experienced in years! Ella is a credit to Dune!

I contacted dune to track an order I needed for a wedding and got Suzanne who went above and beyond to help me she couldn’t guarantee my delivery would arrive on time so she rang around stores in my area to find the items and get them held for me to collect excellent customer service dune well done

Absolutely superb company across all…

Absolutely superb company across all areas. Quality shoes and materials, and the service end-to-end is seamless. From ordering to receiving items, this company is excellent. I did have to return one of three orders because of my fat foot :) but again, the return policy and process is clear and easy. Dune processed this as quickly as when I was ordering. I would not shop anywhere else for my shoes—thank you to the entire team!!

Cancelling an Online Order

I placed an online order, which I soon needed to cancel. Called Dune CS (UK number), and quickly got through to "Katie" who easily dealt with my request. She contacted the warehouse to prevent the order from being dispatched, and as promised, she promptly sent me a follow-up email to confirm my order had been cancelled.

Robyn has been extremely supportive and…

Robyn has been extremely supportive and patient with my refund issue. Her politeness and help in in solving the problem of my “missing” refund (which turned out to be an oversight on my part) demonstrated what customer service should feel like- a valued customer. I cannot thank her enough.

I would really like to thank Customer…

I would really like to thank Customer Service at Dune. I have a much loved Dune bag and unfortunately, the strap fastening on the handle broke . I contacted Dune and was really impressed with Kates friendly and supportive manner. She took the time and trouble to source the missing part I needed and even sent it out free delivery. What’s more, she made a follow up message to check I received it. Fantastic customer service, which you would expect from a quality company. Thank you Kate . I can now continue enjoying my bag .

Late arrival of ordered shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes which weren't delivered within the time scales recorded on the original
confirmation email
Contacted live chat and was dealt with by "Emma".
The shoes arrived a couple of days later as promised and I was refunded 10% of the cost and the delivery fee.
Well handled by "Emma" who lived up to her promises. 👍

I received excellent customer service…

I received excellent customer service from Katie at Dune London. She was extremely helpful, polite and quick to respond regarding an issue with the zip puller on my handbag. A replacement zip tag was sent out promptly and arrived safely within a few days.

Thank you, Katie, for making the whole process so easy and stress-free. A great example of excellent customer care.

I contacted Dune London recently about a pair of shoes that were completely sold out everywhere online.
I received a very prompt response from Marie to say she had located a pair of the shoes and gave me the contact details for the store
I was very impressed by Marie’s quick and professional response to my email!
