Absolutely exceptional service from…Tina

Absolutely exceptional service from Tina at customer service.
Thank you so much for such a quick response. I had lost an order number which I needed to return my shoes within a couple of hours I received it .
I wish all companies were as efficient with their customer service.

When I contacted Dune about the loss of…

When I contacted Dune about the loss of my parcel by Evri, the case was picked up immediately and the staff reached out to me via email assuring me of their concerns and supported me with my enquiries. I was refunded including postage costs. This really prompted me to make another purchase where I got an additional 10% off my order. Thanks to EMMA at the customer support service for her input.

Fantastic Customer Service

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I made an error with my order and spoke with Leah via the online chat — she was absolutely brilliant! She followed up exactly as promised, and I honestly couldn’t fault the service I received.

Thank you so much, Leah, for your help and professionalism.

My shoes also arrived incredibly quickly, and I absolutely love them!

Order return

I was not able to return the parcel through the website, then I tried online chat, but it was late at night, and no one responded. The next morning, Leah contacted me and provided the InPost label quickly. Thanks for the quick turnaround.

Do not recommend

Very disappointed with the quality of these shoes. I bought them on 23 March 2026 and they are already ruined after very little use. I expected them to last much longer for the price paid. I tried contacting customer service several times but received no proper help or solution, which made the experience even more frustrating. Poor quality product and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend buying from here.

I had excellent service from Suzanne…

I had excellent service from Suzanne when I had to contact Dune for a return and refund of a pair of shoes which had developed a fault. She promptly answered my initial email, then took me through the returns process. She was polite, efficient and courteous throughout.
I really like Dune shoes and by treating the fault so efficiently Suzanne has reinforced my trust in the brand

Retrurns

I was unable to find my order confirmation email to return my sandals. I contacted Customer Services and Marie was extremely helpful. No questions asked, just sent me a returns label and included clear instructions of what I needed to do. Very impressed. Thank you, would definitely shop with Dune again in the future.

Excellent customer service by EMMA

Excellent customer service by EMMA , I had occasion to contact Dune about a delivery that appeared to be stuck at the couriers and EMMA was excellent in her manner and professionalism, outlining exactly what she intended to do and a timeline . The issue was then quickly resolved and I was able to update Emma so that she didn’t have to continue to pursue the matter . Thank you Emma and Dune (also love the shoes - I’ve managed to buy the exact same wedges in the sale that I bought for my daughter last year as she loves them so much and they are super comfortable so I’ve decided to copy her )

Suzanne at Dune very helpful

Suzanne in the Dunes Customer Experience team has been exceedingly helpful. I needed to return shoes bought at an airport, but do not live near a store- and then that return got 'lost'. Often with some companies' customer services you get different people dealing with an issue and it takes ages. Suzanne has been helpful, solution focused, robust and efficient. Thank you, Suzanne and Dune.c

Fault

When my shoes arrived, there was a fault with the left one. Contacted Dune customer service and spoke with Tina who was very helpful and advised me what to do next. She very kindly refunded the postage and packing and arranged for the new order to arrive the day after. Great customer service, very impressed as this is becoming rare with many companies these day's. Thank you
