Ordered two books and a mug for a friend’s leaving present. Paid extra for express delivery. Mug arrived but no sign of the books and no reply to my emails. Shocking to treat customers like this !
Shame their customer service isn’t as brilliant as their books .

while not super easy to reach (also due to covid) i can now confirm the website is actually legit and the very patient people at db books handled my order as swiftly as possible even sending a signed copy.
ordered from their website weeks ago, never received my book. they don't answer emails and there's no other way of getting in touch with them. scam.
The books they produce are witty and very funny if you grew up in the Ladybird book era but if anything goes wrong with your purchase then they do not reply to emails.
I received a bill for two books I did not order and have yet to receive a reply.
This is not good enough in this day and age.
