Terrible scammers don’t order!!! Ordered a jersey and never arrived. Contacted them and said was delivered but never was. Beware don’t use!!!

Placed an order 3 months ago and still haven’t received tracking nor a jersey. I messaged them about it 2 months later and all I got was ( we’ll check the warehouse and send a New Jersey). A month later and still nothing.

I received my order earlier than I expected, and was very pleased with the product!

Shipping information was not clearly disclosed. Otherwise the finished product was excellent.

I never received my order and have been emailing every day and no one is getting back to me. If someone could email me back

I place an order like 3 weeks ago i never received a tracking number no update all most 4weeks and am still waiting now i have to order from a different site i would never order from this guys again and i paid extra for shipping and i email them for a update but nothing sad.

The shipping is INCREDIBLY too long. It is literally on a slow boat from China. I haven't received it yet so I can't comment on the quality. It missed the birthday party. So far it is 2 weeks. If I knew it was coming from China I would have found another store. Recived the item and I ordered a youth XL. They sent a men's XL. Only giving it a 1 star. update... I received contact from Dunk sports regarding my complaint and they are sending a replacement. I have not received it yet but the response was pretty fast. when I receive it I will add a few more stars.

I ordered a jersey for my husband for Christmas I knew the player he wanted but I didn’t realize the number didn’t match the player. I did reach out to try to get an exchange or refund but I still haven’t heard anything back.

I ordered an Alpren Sengun, Houston Rockets jersey for my son as a Christmas gift.

There was no estimation of delivery date when the order was placed, but it was a reasonable expectation that the order would arrive before Christmas. I emailed customer service to ask about the delivery date, and received a generic response that did not address my questions, and did not give a delivery date.

The jersey arrived, and Sengun was spelled without the umlaut over the u and without the cedilla (S with a caron). Sengun is Turkish, and his name is spelled with those specific characters. My son immediately noticed this and was disappointed with the jersey.

Delivery was late. I started the process 12/11 and the product didn't arrive til 1/2. Their should be options for shipment. I would have paid more for quicker delivery.

We never received our merchandise. Ordered it for Christmas and it was supposed to arrive on or before December 18th. I got a few emails saying in was in transit, but haven't heard anything since 12/25/24. Hoping it is still on its way!

Ordered a jersey on Dec 13. It only got processed on Dec. 27 after I got PayPal involved. It is supposed to be in transit finally, but it is coming from China, so it will be a while. Big disappointment for my grandson at Christmas.
