Fieldpro boots are excellent - tough but really comfortable - easily as wearable as my walking boots, if not better. Using them every day in slippy mud and feel confident in them

Ordering easy and the wellies arrived promptly. However, unfortunately they were the wrong size so I had to send them back for a refund. Already having paid postage of £3.99, I had to pay again for a courier to collect and return the boots. On looking to reorder the correct size I discovered the price of the boots had gone up by £25.00, so I reordered the correct Dunlop pair from a different retailer. I waited over three weeks for my refund for the original pair which didn't appear. Eventually had to phone up and chase it, when it was dealt with efficiently and promptly but feel I shouldn't have had to chase it up when the website says it takes under two weeks for an automatic refund

Would go lower if possible! Really unimpressed with service. Placed order for boots with standard delivery by accident. Thought not a problem and reordered with next day and immediately emailed the team asking them to cancel my order. Followed this up with a phone call the following morning only to be advised they had both been dispatched prior to 11am, this seemed strange in itself, anyway tracking later showed up showing items hadn’t been dispatched before 4pm. Not even an offer of a free returns label. Zero empathy, zero effort and they lied about when it was dispatched. Will never order from them directly again.

Really prompt delivery. Great robust waterproof wellies. Excellent value for money.

Possibly the comfiest safety wellies I've ever had. Wore them the whole day on some pretty tough and wet terrain and had no problems at all. Definitely recommend getting a pair of these. Would have given 5 stars but the logo print was blurred and there are some small, superficial holes from air bubbles in the sole. Not an issue for me but may bother others.

First pair was too small, so returned and got the next size up. Very easy process and had the money back in my account in less than two weeks of sending it.

Best boot I have had in my 70years.

The boots were too narrow. I paid the return postage as well as the initial postage for them to be sent to me. Under distant selling rules I understood that the initial postage should be refunded. This was not the case

Well made boots with protective toe cap. Ideal for walking dogs on a wet day.

Always find dunlop wellies the comfiest and provide the most grip. Durable too.

Returns policy is rubbish.

The Dunlop insoles. Fitted. My yellow. Wellies. Perfectly. And I have used them for. The garden.
I have to walk and dig up some flower beds so I bought them. ……Dunlop is my first choice …..I did not want to spoil My good dress boots So I invested in Dunlop

Customer service was quite speedy to reply to answer but they confirmed that their boots aren't vegan - the review is because they fail to list the materials on their products unlike nearly every single other company that makes shoes - and because their shoes are rubber it's highly likely that people are buying them thinking they're vegan
