Really good service! I live in UK and I'm going to be a bridesmaid to a wedding in Italy and Duntery made possible have matchy dresses with the bridesmaids living in Italy without having to meet. The service was fast and accurate. I had my dress tailored and arrived perfect! Great fabric!

Products are very good. Perfect and robust fabrics. They answer very quickly to emails and are very kind. In addition, in my dress the corset is sewn perfectly and is stiff.

I ordered a dress for my daughter prom night. We requested for the dress to be a bespoke length. This was a simple message exchange after placing the order. When the dress came it was perfect. I was overwhelmed on the quality and I had paid under £100 for the dress. It was absolutely beautiful. Perfect fit, well made. If I ever need a dress for a future event I would certainly use Duntery. There is a huge range of styles and colours to choose from. I can’t recommend enough. My daughter was so pleased her friend then ordered her dress from the same site and was very pleased with it. I ordered four bridesmaids dresses in Slate Blue. I live in South Africa and they arrived with FedEx within about 4 weeks. They look just like in the website pictures. They also come with lots of extra length, for tall ladies! The quality is beautiful. I am very pleased.

Having access to the dress samples has not only enabled us to ser the quality of the dresses but also order the right colour for our daughters' wedding

The dress looks fabulous!Beautiful design, beautiful materials, perfect size as requested! And, last but not least, excellent value for money!

I can only second all the previous experiences. The dress I ordered was way too big and looked completely different to what the photos suggested. I measured myself beforehand and ordered a non-customised dress.
The quality is not bad, but due to the size difference I wanted to return.
Same thing, I received some random emails back asking me for a photo proof. Their T’s & C’s are crazy as it is, but I followed them. They tried bullying me into not returning the item.
I wrote a negative review here and they threatened me that they would only accept a return if I took the review down.
I now decided to not return the dress as, after having read many reviews, I don’t think I’ll get any money back plus would be out of pocket for the shipping which is about £30.

Avoid this company! Better off buying from UK based retailers.

This is a scam company!!
This is a scam company, the dress I received is of decent quality, but looks nothing like in the website pictures in terms of fit. Won’t be able to get it fitted either.
Returns are not accepted as they try to trick you into paying for their initially delivery (which they claimed was free), the return (which should be fine) and then say that they only repay 80% of the standard sized dress anyway.

When complaining that this is not according to their returns policy (that I should pay for the initial delivery), they just reply with a standard email.

They’re based in china and presumably use fake English names such as Maya and Max.

Here their email response:
“Thank you for your email, we are so sorry you want to return it.
According to our return policy, if you want to return the dress, the
returned shipping fee is paid by you, which will depend on your local
courier company.
Furthermore, the shipping fee of this order needs to be deducted because
it was paid to the courier company when the order was sent to you.
Then we will give you an 80% refund of the rest, which is £63.2 Please
notice we still charge the shipping fee and rush fee(if there is one)
under this circumstance even if your order is free shipping order.

According to the feedback of recent days, the shipping back fee is
so high due to Covid. Usually, more than £25-£30 for one dress. In
case to ensure the interest of the customers, and reduce the loss,
we also come up with a 20% compensation policy, which is£15.8.You
could take this fee to get altered or buy a new dress.
if you want to buy a new dress, we could apply for a discount for you.

The dress I got was £88, I won’t see any money back.

Don’t buy!!

Wish I could give zero!!! Worse company I’ve every had dealings with! Dresses are the worse fit and quality I’ve every seen and customer service are a joke!!!! Having to pay different price for shipping to then be told I’m not getting my full money paid for the dresses back! Stay away from them!!!

Not a uk company as they try to claim to be.I Received a stained bridesmaid dress, I have been emailed for weeks trying to resolve the issue. They said I will only get %80 refund after returning dress to china which will cost £30. The reason they won’t do a full refund is because apparently a stain doesn't count as issue under their policy (obviously this isn’t detailed anywhere)
Also they said sometimes they don’t receive the packages.
I have been lied to about various things like where the company is registered, if uk consumer rights are honoured, who I was communicating with, and details on policy.
Please I urge people not to be fooled by this company. They are a con, and there are plenty of reputable uk bridesmaid dress companies about
