Absolutely terrible.
2 of us bridesmaids had to buy another dress because there sizing was so wrong - emailed the company and was told we’d measured wrong.
My dress broke in 3 places before walking down the aisle , I emailed the company again, and was offered a £18 refund? £200 on 2 dresses and they offered £18. They also gave a list of excuses as to why the dresses would have been ‘broken’.
Asked for the managers email was completely ignored. Got offered £28 refund - again for 2 dresses which they made wrong but passed the blame onto myself - it’s an absolute shambles of a company.

I was dubious about ordering, due to some low reviews. I didn't need to worry as the dresses are beautiful! The colour is perfect to the swatch (which they sent immediately) and the dress is very well made. Thank you!

Despite very careful and repeated measurements according to the diagram on your website, 3 of the 5 dresses I ordered cannot even be zipped up they are so tight. Given the reviews on here I don't fancy my chances of a refund. Terrible.

Delivery went ok hence two stars not one - but when we unpacked dress we immediately realised it was not true to size, at least 3 times smaller than the size it should be. And it smelt awful, chemical. The returns policy is a joke, currently they’re asking for photographic proof it doesn’t fit! Only an 80% refund with us paying shipping costs to China. I just know that, if I ship it, they’ll say it hasn’t arrived and refuse any refund …. Thankfully I purchased with my Barclaycard so I’ll get them involved too. Dress is reasonably made so probably easier and more cost-efficient for me to re-sell in UK. Conclusion - don’t buy from this site.

Avoid!!! Took over 6weeks to send out a dress with no correspondence regarding the delay. Missed the event the dress was needed for. When told this and not to bother sending out as I’d be returning it, they sent it anyway so they can claim the fee they charge for sending it back. Absolute scam artists - do not order from here

Ordered bridesmaids dresses for my upcoming wedding. Delivery and quality are great. Customer service were incredibly helpful. Be aware that returns from UK are not cost effective due to having to ship overseas, so just be sure about colours etc before ordering.

AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM!!!! What sort of returns process even is this! They questioned my ability to measure for a dress and asked me to prove it!? BIZARRE! Don’t even bother ordering off this website. It’s a painful, painful process what a load of crooks!!!!

Ordered 1 dress as a trial for our bridal party - it was poorly shapen and did not resemble the image on the website. Also an awful smell accompanying it.

Then onto the really fun part - trying to return the order.
The process is entirely manual, we had to email their support address stating we wanted to return it and request the details for return.
The response (after 3 days) was a thinly-veiled attempt at intimidating us into taking a £16 'compensation fee' instead of returning it, for a £100+ order.

After further emails, and another 48hr+ wait at the end after confirming we want to return it, we finally got the return instructions which we could use to return the item.
In this email, there were lovely phrases used such as "we suggest you think twice (about returning)" & "if you insist on returning..".

In my opinion, the intent is clearly that their convoluted & intentionally-difficult returns process will make customers simply write off the purchase, or take the paltry "compensation fee" instead.

This doesn't even mention the matching ties we also bought, which were among the worst quality I've seen, which are 'final sales' and can't be returned.

SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do not use this company. Total scam, sent from China, unable to cancel when I realised and saw the video reasonable returns policy. Dress is far too big and different to the picture, cheap velvet material and won’t refund. One star rating is too high for this ripoff.

This site is total scam. If dress doesn’t fit it even is the right one, you have to pay shipping fees that got it here and then pay to return. In the end you are losing nearly 75% of the original cost to return. Avoid.
