My wife and I wanted to see this masterpiece as we were in transit through Milan, but they didn't let us in, allegedly because we had a backpack and weren't allowed. Oh well, since we couldn't go in, we wanted to return the tickets, but for some reason it turned out to be a long and complicated procedure. Tickets aren't accepted at the box office, you only need to write to email. We've been waiting for a response for a month now and they still haven't returned the money and haven't even bothered to respond to our request. If 28 euros makes them rich, so be it, but the fact is that there's been no response or greeting. I'm very disappointed!

Not a scam site (as someone on here previously have written), this is the official site for the Duomo. Had no issues when buying tickets or when going to the Duomo.

Duomomilano.it is a scam website. The website looks legit and even brands as "the official website" of the Duomo, but it's all fake. When trying to buy tickets it directs you to milanocard.it, which is a scam website where the payments go through. I blocked my card and bank accouny and I am in the process of making the fraud claim with my bank.
