The electric bike traveled 156 km. The brakes needed to be replaced much earlier, the wheels became uncentered within the first day... But after about 150 km of total mileage, the engines started turning off on the uphill sections, so the bike was no longer suitable for use. So how much does it cost to ride a DUOTTS bike for 100 km? In the case of my purchase, the real cost of traveling 100 km is PLN 3,236, i.e. 1 km costs PLN 32.35. These are real savings when purchasing a DUOTTS bicycle! No warranty or service are additional advantages!

Rower elektryczny przejechał 156 km. Hamulce wymagały wymiany dużo wcześniej, koła rozcentrowały się w ciągu pierwszego dnia... Ale po ok. 150 km łącznego przebiegu zaczęło wyłączać silniki na podjazdach więc rower nie nadaje się do użytku. Ile zatem kosztuje przejechanie 100 km rowerem DUOTTS? W przypadku mojego zakupu realny koszt przebycia 100km to 3236 pln czyli 1km kosztuje 32,35 pln. To są realne oszczędności zakupu roweru firmy DUOTTS !

O order over tree weeks 2 bikes and one bike came without a seat and it’s been over 25 days and i can’t use the bike. I Search and i tell to send me one and i pay it and neither that proposal do not want. So guys i announce the autorities and i want my Money back, good luck with the proces , - 50 stars by the way, i wouldn’t recomanded this company ever.

My Duotts C29 Battery is dead just after 4 months. Since all the equipment like the front and back lights and the horn on the bike is relying on the battery, none of them are working as well. Of course, these are electronic components and can fail but the sad thing is that the customer support is not answering my emails and messages. They say that the whole bike has 1-year warranty including the battery but now they are not answering or responding to any of my requests. I can honestly say that I 100% regret buying this bike. Yes, it might look affordable on paper but you are paying a lot of money for a bike that will not work after 4 months.

There are small things that need improvement
There is kick in torque at 80-100% of acceleration switch it should be more smooth
Second is the blinker and horn switch
Blinker/horn switch design and functionality. Should be like the one used in motorcycle (left ,right and middle press to switch off blinkers), because is hard to return blinker switch in middle position when driving, also is hard to press horn fast when need(horn should be same as motorcycle under the blinkers)
Third switching power modes it’s not very simple when driving. Should be figured simple way.
Overall experience with scooter is good, it fell safe, fast and agile. Running on all terrain.
Battery holds few days in urban conditions. 3 charges for 170-180km with normal/fast driving.

The Duotts customer service team is perfect, very responsive. The S26 is an amazing bike, I'm so happy with it!

It's a great bike. First of all, it's beautiful! The motors are powerful and the torque is really impressive. The Hydraulic brakes are powerful but not as much as those on the S26, for example. I had to change the handlebars and the stem because the position was not comfortable. I added a suspension seatpost for comfort. The two points that need improvement for this bike to be perfect are: adding a rear light with turn signals, and the start-up is too soft. Then it becomes very powerful. In climbs, even on steep slopes, with the dual motor it climbs easily. Impressive.
I really recommend this bike.
Last but very important, the after-sales service of DUOTTS is the best of all the sellers I've tried. 5 stars.

If u can give a description manual how to instal in do it yourself tyre it will be help. I used 3 zipties and I Squeze the tyre and its easily went on the rim!

Its a good bike for its price. Beats competition in many aspects

Very bad experience. Lying about products. Dont offer free refund (you have to pay 100-200€ for shippment, lol).

I like how this e-scooter was designed. It has two strong electric engines. I like how wide and long it is. You can really keep your balance while driving the scooter. Either you are sitting or staying on your feet, the scooter seems to be made just for my height. I am 1,66 cm. Maybe for other people the only three heights for the bar are not enough. I use the longest position while driving on my feet, and the lowest while sitting. And I think most people are taller than me. Also because of how powerful the engines are, it feels like I am on a motorcycle. But because it's just an e-scooter, it feels very light to move around. I mean, it's heavy to lift up and go a few stairs, but not as heavy as a motorcycle would be.

A technical hitch caused the delivery date to be much longer than anticipated (since resolved I believe) however after 6. wks of doubts and anticipation the bike finally arrived and at that price is incredible ! … I'm 65yrs old ! 57.3kmh on a dirt track without even trembling, that's one hell of a bike.
With 3 buttons easily accessible between R&L thumbs you change from 1 to 7 gears, 1 to 5 power ratios and from 1 to 2 wheel drive which enables you to climb even the steepest hills without even peddling … obviously the battery will not last long under those conditions ! I've only had the bike 2days so I can't say a lot more other than I've rediscovered the pleasure of riding a bike on and off road.
A small problem easily rectified, the chain bounces on the frame chipping the paint so I've cut a piece of rubber hose and fixed it on with cable ties, black on black, hardly shows.
Duotts F26 … in case it's not mentioned !
