As other customers have reported, my cleaner developed a fault whereby when I turned it on it tripped the electric. I emailed customer support over two weeks ago and to date have only received two emails, one of which was sent to me in error and not related to my issue. I provided the information the second email requested ten days ago but have still not had any reply or update. I've tried emailing again and calling, leaving my number for a call back, but haven't received any further support. I'm essentially left £160 out of pocket and with no cleaner. Very poor service.

I had an issue with a broken extension piece for my steam cleaner and called to see if they could tell me how to fix it. I purchased it several years ago so was out of warranty. The support person was very helpful, and although it took a bit (they were dealing with a huge recall) they very kindly offered to send me a replacement piece!

I have been loving my Neat Steam cleaner. It's very easy to use and works well and fast. I mostly use it to clean my floors (without chemicals, yay!), and it does a great job on kitchen appliances (make sure you check which materials it's safe to use on). One of the clips to hold towels for floor cleaning broke on second use, but customer sevice has been helpful and responsive to solve this issue. Wod recommend this product and this company.

The steam cleaner is execellent. I purchased mine years ago, through amazon, and its been working flawlessly since. Dupray as a company has been very easy to work with.

Recently, there has been a recall on the machine I purchased. Dupray made is incredibly simple to get the part required to make my machine operable again.

I wise man once told me, a good company makes the sales process easy. A great company makes the after sales support spectacular. That has stuck with me ever since and I have to say Dupray is a spectacular company for making replacement parts so easily and readily available.

Dupray steam cleaners are of very poor quality. The unit I purchased stopped heating water after just two weeks of normal use. If you are prepared to waste your money, you may consider buying one — but be aware that the actual lifespan could be as little as 2–3 weeks.

When I contacted customer support to request a warranty replacement, I received a response three days later politely suggesting that I should read the manual more carefully. No practical solution or meaningful assistance was provided.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the level of customer service.

I called customer service a few minutes before their closing hours and was greeted by Michel. He was patient and empathetic. He gave me a bunch of tips to solve my problem, which I wouldn't have found anywhere on YouTube or Reddit. He even offered a discount on a new machine if all else failed. Luckily, his tips worked, and I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you, Michel!

Great! As I had issues placing order and after. I will mention however Dupray did owe me a refund as they charged me twice and did not authorise a refund immediately or actually sort it out even though they acknowledged it and only sent 1 order out etc. Kept being told finance team will sort it but after no success I contacted bank and they reversed the charge with advance payback as I had the proof. Aside from that the sales person who I exchanged messages and later spoke to regarding the actual Neat Plus and my order was extremely helpful. Very pleased with the item although not fully used it to it’s full potential (the way I intend to use it) as I’m waiting for the colder days to pass so I can really get steaming EVERYTHING regularly!

I have loved my steamer and had an issue that I needed Dupray to help me with. Lorna at customer service has been exceptionally helpful - going above and beyond over several communications. I can’t rate their service highly enough

I just had the most amazing customer service experience with this company. I reached out about a small issue with my Neat steamer, purchased through Amazon years ago and long out of warranty (I lost a wheel, and my cat probably found it first). Michel from Customer Care went above and beyond to help find a solution. I truly can’t recommend them enough, especially since my steamer still works great after all these years.

I own a Dupray Neat. It performs as advertised. Gets hotter and produces more steam than the typical cheap handheld steamers. Heats up as fast as can be expected on 110v AC. A full tank lasts quite a while. Have had no issues with cleaning performance.

Dupray’s neat plus steam cleaner effectively cleans tile showers and grout lines without toxic chemicals. However, beware of the company’s claims of “first-rate customer service” and “unbeatable warranty”. An essential rubber washer broke after ~10 uses, <6 months after it was purchased. When I reached out to the company, they said this was “normal wear and tear” and therefore not covered. The replacement part, which probably cost pennies to produce, cost $10, plus $10 for shipping, and are only available through the company’s website. This experience is inconsistent with the company’s claims of great customer care and protections, and is disappointing given the cost of the unit.

I also recommend caution when reading other customers’ product reviews since the company offered to send me the part free of charge in exchange for a favorable review. My integrity and opinion are worth more than that.

From the start, Lorna was prompt and attentive, quickly following up with clear instructions on how to proceed. Throughout the process, Lorna kept me informed by communicating the technician’s findings, which made the experience seamless and reassuring.

The Hill Injection Steam Cleaner itself has been a fantastic addition to my cleaning routine—I absolutely love it! Together, we’ve tackled some major cleaning projects, and the results have exceeded my expectations.

Dupray is such a great company. They helped me pick out a steam cleaner (the Neat model) that I could use with hand arthritis. I needed to have a trigger that could be locked in the on position and the Neat has one. The cleaner is fabulous. My floors gleam after using the mop attachment. Customer Service is top notch and they stand behind their products.

Sadly, my Neat Steam Cleaner went wrong after 18 months. I emailed Dupray for assistance and after following some troubleshooting steps, we agreed that the machine had failed.

Lorna and Maria at Dupray customer services have been fabulous and arranged for the free return of the old unit and a replacement to be sent to me.

I am unable to fault the customer support and it is a reflection of the quality of an excellent company.

After owning other steam cleaners that didn't last long, I was looking for a better steam cleaner and found Dupray, and I loved that they answered the phone promptly, and it was easy to order from them. The Dupray steam cleaner is easy to use and has a large water tank, so it will clean for a long time. Their customer support is fantastic! Their customer support is easy to contact and solves any issues I've had. Highly recommend the Dupray Steam Cleaner!

I can’t say enough good things about my Dupray steam cleaner! It has completely changed how I clean our home — especially with kids and wanting to keep things as nontoxic as possible. No harsh chemicals, just pure steam power that leaves everything sparkling clean and sanitized.

I’ve used it on everything — floors, baseboards, bathrooms, toys, and even my couch — and it gets deep grime I didn’t even know was there. It heats up quickly, the attachments make it super versatile, and it’s oddly satisfying watching the dirt melt away.

If you love a clean home but want to ditch harsh cleaners, this is absolutely worth it. It’s definitely an investment, but one that pays off every single time I use it.

Maria was pleasant and helpful. This is how customer service should be! The element failed and the steam cleaner tripped the breaker. Not an easy thing to change, although just out of warranty, Maria arranged for replacement of the faulty item for a reasonable handling charge. I was ready to take it to the tip but now I’ve cleaned the lounge carpet, bathroom, kitchen and hall floors. Hopefully this one will last longer than two years! Thanks Maria,
