I had to contact support twice, twice I was lucky to be answered by Anjie.
I was hopeless with domain problems as I bought my domain elsewhere, not on Durable and they could not help me.
She found what I messed up and fixed it for me in no time, probably one of the best CS experiences I had in my life.

Called because I had a problem logging into my account and Aljohn first guided me and then quickly resolved the issue by deleting duplicate businesses with same name. He went above and beyond without even asking him to. Great first experience with Durable’s support.
