Update from my post 3 days ago
I told the Durabound salesman, Jonathon that I was in danger of losing the job after they made errors on the initial delivery ,and subsequent attemts to rectify their errors. I was assured that one of the directors (Leyton) would contact me to see if any compromise could be reached. Lo and behold, unsurprisingly as of 12.30 today no contact was made by them. Once I requested they collect the goods, the "salesman" kept blaming the carriers. Conveniently overlooking the fact that the carriers are working on behalf of Durabound, and THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG SIZE AGGREGATE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Blame everybody, accept no blame or fault for your own failings. I will keep you all posted on how long thay take to collect the goods, and how promptly they issue a refund.
