Ordered a battery for my Samsung Galaxy S5. Delivery was notified by email, but did not arrive. Hermes said they would deliver 2 days later, but heard nothing from them. Duracell customer services then said battery lost in transit! I requested a refund - 2 weeks after battery should have been delivered I still do not have a refund.

Purchased replacement battery for Panasonic Tz80 camera as Panasonic battery had failed to hold charge. What a difference. Also replacement is exact. No problem. Thanks for speedy delivery also.

Useless as will not charge. Not notified prior to purchase that I also had to buy a Duracell charger as only told when it didn’t charge in canon charger. An extra £15 to be able to use the battery. What a waste of time and money.

I ordered a replacement battery for my compact camera on 13.7.17. It was delivered on 14.7.17 even though I signed up for "2- 3 day delivery" rather than "next day". Brilliant service from Duracell Direct. Their web site is also easy to navigate. The battery itself appears to be a quality item. Well done - 10 out of 10 (or should that be 5 out of 5?).

Fantastic service. Ordered battery for a Canon camera, yesterday early afternoon. It arrived by courier before lunch today. Price was good and included delivery. Duracell is a brand I trust from past experience.

Excellent delivery service. However I want to return a battery which did not fit (my Fault with order). Awaiting an RMA number to return. Seems relatively slow when compared to the efficiency of delivery
