Just had Duracell batteries and inverter installed with Solar panels. Had a few queries regarding the app and Maja was super helpul and knowledgeable.
Great customer service.

I had to change my wi fi router and I didn't know what to do to reset my settings on the app. I emailed Duracell support and within 20 minutes I got a reply with the answer from Tyla. Excellent support, very welcoming, prompt and helpful.

Maja was very helpful getting back to us quickly and solving the problem.

Just wanted to mention Marc for his amazing help today. He stayed an extra two hours after finishing time to help troubleshoot issues with a system and managed to get it sorted. He is a credit to the company, will happily start using more Duracell as you don’t get customer service like this anywhere else. Thanks again.

Excellent support from Charlie, as my solar panel installers (with Duracell inverter, battery and EV charger) had left me somewhat stranded. Charlie was able to get me promptly set up on the Duracell Energy app which brought everything together, as well as guiding me through the process of getting the charger online. Very clear and super helpful!

No problems with system or installation. Somewhat disappointed that in the app, the readings are 2hours behind. So the last update on the live usage monitor was at 10am it is now 1200hrs. How live is that.

Since the app was updated (version 3.2.2) all the historical data has been invalidated. Export is shown as import and vice versa. Impossible to contact anyone to resolve this. Makes monitoring energy usage trends impossible. I cannit be the only person affected. How could this have been missed in testing?

I have a Duracell Energy battery and inverter system, and I was having some issues with the initial setup. I spoke with Marc, who was fantastic — he resolved everything very quickly and even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working perfectly. He responded promptly every time, and whenever I called, the team answered quickly and did their best to sort out the problem. Brilliant service from start to finish.

I’ve had 2xdura5 batteries and a 3.6kW dura-i inverter for 4 months now and the online & telephone support has been quick & effective. No system is flawless so we measure it by the support and the support is friendly, UK-based and effective. Cant ask for more in this day and age.

Both Maja and Jake were excellent communicators and when they said they would respond they did. They talked me through the process step by step and explained everything.

We spoke to Marc at duracell support, He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He changed some settings remotely for us and it appeared to be working, He said he would call us back at 9;30am in the morning to check everything was working ok. Marc called at 9:30am as promised and everything was fine. I cannot priase Marc enough he was very very helpful and patience.

I am completely new to solar technology, I was having problems with the Duracell App installed on my iPhone by the installer so I rang the Duracell help line. Marc could not have been more helpful. He guided me through the re-installation of the app and then guided me through its many uses. He was most helpful in advicing me how to use the technology to charge my batteries and to sell excess electricity. I learnt so much in a short space of time

Great support. And the system in process of improvement and better co ordination with Octopus to include Intelligent flux tariff. Thanks to Tyla for suppoet in configuring my invertor tariff remotely.

I've had a few problems with the app. Jake has been amazing. He's replied promptly to my emails, and resolved my problem quickly and efficiently.

Great technical support from Jake. The company who had installed my solar panels had set up the system completely wrong. As an absolute novice, I was unsure whether I was being stupid or whether there was an actual problem. Jake instantly identified the issue and after after consulting his colleagues, put it right. He was endlessly patient in explaining this, and also helped me to understand how to read the information in the app properly. I am very grateful.

Tom was great, short wait to speak to charming and helpful human being. Was covering for his colleagues and quick to ask for help when he didn't know the precise technical answer. Also volunteered to liaise with installer to solve issue longterm. If all customer queries were this good.
