Absolutely superb service. With regard to our Duracell Solar Battery the electrician who installed it did not understand the system. He provided us with the Installer app rather than Domestic one. He could not get it to work. Consequently, I contacted Puredrive and I was helped by Maja. Sorted immediately. Excellent.

Incredible assistance from Harry, to chase up my issue, the personally come round to my house the next day to resolve my set up. Always had great service over the last 5 or 6 years, but last week was next level. Thanks so much Harry!

We purchased our 4 no. 5kw Dura 5 batteries and a 6kw invertor from Puredrive. The efficiency of delivery and the installation went without a hitch. Harry their engineer was great at explaining and answering all my queries.
The support team have also been brilliant at answering all my question and helping me where needed.
Their customer support team, as well as Dwarha and Maggie from the sales team have been brilliant. Would highly recommend their products and services.

Had some issues with old Puredrive App (frozen) Spoke to customer services and they suggested I transferred over to the Duracell app. I did this, but still had some issues with app. I spoke with Maja from customer services and after a few attempts and workarounds, my app issue was resolved. Very impressed with customer support. App works fine now. Thanks.

We’ve had our Duracell solar and inverter for about a year now and it’s worked really well. We had a problem with the inverter maintaining a stable internet connection which Maja was able to get sorted for me remotely with the help of the tech support team. Emails and guidance were always very clear. We also got an EV earlier this year and I’ve been a bit confused about how to make sure the car pulls from the grid overnight on our cheap EV tariff instead of emptying the battery which it was doing because of our tarrif settings. Maja has been really patient and helpful with my constant ‘can I just ask something else please’, always providing useful guidance and instruction so I can get things working in the best way for us. After care is so important and from my experience so far, Duracell Energy have top rate after sales service. Thank you from a very grateful customer.

I contacted support not having been onboarded correctly by my installer. Maja walked me through getting into the app and then was also able to remotely resolve a misconfiguration of the system finally getting me up and running.

This has made me much more confident that if I encounter any issues with my duracell equipment in the future, someone there will be able to help me out!

I had a question with reconnecting a new internet router to my inverter.
Maja responded within minutes with the procedure to be followed. Very impressed with customer service.

We speak to Charlie often and he is always so helpful. Sorts the problems we face quickly, always there to answer our questions and very polite.

Charlie Davies is always the top dog in sorting out my technical issues when I need tech assistance on the systems as an installer this is very reassuring to know you have technical support which is responsive.

Had the 5kw inverter and 4x5kwh batteries installed. The installation went well and over the last 5 months the system has worked perfectly. I don't know what their customer service is like as I have never had to contact it. The app is basic but does everything I need. Was a very reasonable price for a 20kwh battery install.

Hardware is good and works well.
However the schedule control to charge and discharge the batteries get routed to Duracell's server first , instead of going directly to the inverter.
What ends up happening as experienced several times I just two years is batteries no following schedules accordingly, negatively affecting the return of investment.

The Duracell energy app information is extremely limited, lagging and useless when it comes to troubleshooting or even understanding the system better.

Dura-I app, which is only for installers, has all the details you could possibly need and also let's you control schedules locally....up until last update where they removed it from the end user .
The fact that something as simple as an app can have such a detrimental effect on something as expensive as a solar system is shocking , and speaks awful of the current direction Duracell is taking.

To add insult to injury the support is awful and sometimes non existent.

The unresponsive and frustrating app really lets it down, they need to add direct wifi with the app and not just direct with bluetooth as you have to be within range to connect and get real time readings.

The Dura-i installers app is better, but again, only good when it's connected with local bluetooth. The Duracell Energy app (ios and android, i've tested both) often becomes unresponsive and you have to refresh in the hope to get up-to-date info.

I just don't understand why such a big company is permitting its app to drag down what could be a great system.
