Despite uploading my card details to the app months ago there have been no points allocated despite frequently visiting my local which is a recognised Dusk venue. I've tried to try and send a communication to them also via the app but it just kicks me out and says it's an error.
Firstly you need to enter your credit card details before it will issue the free drinks. I have no idea how secure this is. I have tried 3 times to get a free drink, it either says I have already had a free drink or come back at 7pm or 12 the next day. So far a total waste of time and concerned about credit card details.

Sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience. There are a couple of different things going on here, so I’ll try to cover them all.
We’ve had a huge influx of users on the platform recently. To help more people redeem, we’ve shifted the drink start time to 7pm this week, as they were running out by 5pm.
You’ll only see a message saying you’ve already had a drink if you’ve redeemed that day - the app allows one free drink per day. If you ever run into issues, there’s live chat support in the app that can help while you’re still at the venue.
On card details: these are required to join our seamless loyalty program. We explain how these are stored in our FAQs. Everything is fully PCI compliant, and we don’t take your CVV or address, so no one can ever charge you.
