Simple straight forward process of ordering , delivering of bed - would of given five stars but was let down by instruction booklet of some of the parts which was not found on first page but later on in the booklet to be in zip pocket back of head board - other than that delighted with bed which is of good qualiy & value for money. Had a good night sleep - mattress supportive but not to frim.
Delivery took a while, the sideboard good quality but must admit one of the doors was awkward to level and still is, also the doors are soft closing but the drawers are not, so quite strange, and the knobs look cheap..sorry but not worth the money

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The level of incompetence in their supply chain and customer service is staggering.
It took THREE separate delivery attempts just to get a bed to my house, costing me three full days of unpaid leave from work to be home for them.
Attempt 1 (21st May): Cancelled by the retailer at the last minute after I had already taken the day off work.
Attempt 2 (26th May): Arrived, but the bed frame was completely damaged. Had to arrange a replacement.
Attempt 3 (3rd June): The replacement arrived, and unbelievably, it was ALSO damaged.
Because I cannot face the endless "to-and-fro" of arranging a fourth delivery slot and losing even more money from work, I decided to just keep the damaged bed. Under the Consumer Rights Act, I am entitled to a fair price reduction for keeping a faulty item.
When I asked for a reasonable 30% partial refund on the £439 bed frame, a "Customer Retention Executive" named Chelsea offered me a pathetic, token gesture of £40 (less than 10%) and told me it was "fixed and non-negotiable." They actually tried to gaslight me by claiming the structural/aesthetic damage was just "minor wear on the packaging."
Offering a tenner over fifty quid after mangling an order twice and costing a customer days of lost wages is an insult. I have rejected their joke of an offer and escalated this to a formal dispute through my payment provider.
Absolutely atrocious customer care. Save yourself the stress, the lost wages, and the damaged goods—shop elsewhere.
Second time I’ve had the same bed delivered and it is all marked and catches and scratches. Had to wait weeks for the exchange for this to happen. I’m currently sleeping on the mattress on the floor because dusk promised this time they would inspect the bed before sending out. Clearly did not. I want compensation and full refund. Awful experience. Bed would be beautiful if it wasn’t marked soo badly. Disappointed!
I have ordered several bedding sets and sheets from Dusk and always been very happy with service and quality would give 5*
However I ordered some towels and bath mats. 5 hand towels, 2 bath towels and 2 bath mats. The quality is quite thin and not particularly soft so I washed all the towels before use but still quite thin and still not soft. The bath mats don't have any anti slip on the reverse side, that may be me not reading the description properly, but also difficult to tell which are the mats and which are the hand towels. Quite disappointed to be honest compared to all the bedding previously purchased which are beautiful. Delivery was very quick which is why I gave 3* should have sent them back really but washed now so my bad.
This is my first time purchasing from Dusk; however it certainly will not be the last.
The bedding was better than expected, beautiful colour and lovely quality.

My delivery was cancelled on the day with no explanation and I had to contact the courier and Dusk multiple times to get a response and I didn’t get an explanation or resolution for 10 days. I then had to wait another week before I could get my order delivered. The poor communication was extremely frustrating.
Dusk was recommended to me by my daughter. She was very impressed with the quality of the mattress protector she ordered. ( all cotton) . So bought a full 400thread count bed set. Plus mattress protector. The service was so fast, and the quality superb. Would highly recommend . Haven't washed yet obviously, but it looks so luxurious. Very pleased. .

When my order arrived, I noticed an issue with one of the seats. Call made to office and immediate exchange was sorted without issue. I will be looking at getting another sofa for front room

They company is good at customer service .. the product looks great and the colour is exactly what we have been desperately looking to get for some time now but unfortunately I have just had to email as the quality/finish is very poor sadly. Far too many chips , scratches and damages for the amount of money .
I ordered my furniture to arrive to my current address before we move so i can get it set up right away. I cant open up and check the boxes until we get to our new home. i am still within the 28 days return window if there is anything wrong with them and their customer service was very helpful.
