Dusk
Dusk - we’re really great. The products are fantastic (we own a bed frame, bedding, sofa, footstool and just ordered cushions). They honoured a price match when an item that hadn’t yet dispatched went into a sale and was cheaper.
Delivery partner for the sofa - not great, the email said that if the item didn’t fit through the door and we were happy to sign a waiver for the sofa to be removed from the box and take accountability for damages to products and property they will do so. On the day it didn’t fit through the door of our flat. They decided to leave it with my partner blocking her in the flat, out neighbour in or out of theirs and the front door to the block left open. When I got home I removed it from the box and it went straight through, not even tight 🤷

I purchased a waffle dressing gown and…
I purchased a waffle dressing gown and as the order went through I realised that I hadn’t chosen the size, it was only when I saw the confirmation that I had ordered a small but wanted a medium. I rang customer services but was waiting in a queue so requested a call back it didn’t take long before Heidi rang me back who was extremely helpful and checked to see whether the garment had been dispatched in order to change the size but it had so she couldn’t, Heidi suggested that I except the delivery and try it for size which I did and it was perfect, exceptional value for money and very well made, so grateful for her advice and help. 😁👍

I really like the rug I ordered however…
I really like the rug I ordered however I have marked it down as I needed it quickly and so paid for Next Day Delivery. It didn't turn up the next day and so I contacted Dusk and to be fair they immediately refunded the delivery fee. However it took 6 days to arrive!! Whilst this is down to the delivery company, suppliers need to keep the pressure on delivery companies to uphold their end of the deal and this is not the first time I have been let down by this delivery company.

We ordered two settees one came damaged emailed Dusk they came back with an apology and offered refund or replacement went for a replacement, new one delivered just over a week. Well done Dusk very impressive and good quality furniture.

Duvet cover
I ordered a duvet cover from Dusk recently. After an issue with the cover I contacted customer services. Vilani handled the case expediently and professionally. Very impressive customer service! The cover is super soft and has a lovely pattern. I will definitely be ordering from Dusk again.
