Great customer support, nice quality jewelry.

Ordered and got worried when the tracking showed up as from aliexpress so contacted the owner.
She answered quickly and explained that "I use a third-party fulfilment warehouse for some international shipments, and their system sometimes shows “AliExpress Standard Shipping” even when the items are my own stock."

When the product came it was nicely packed in a dustyjewelz-box and the product is beautiful and high quality, exactly like the pictures.

The owner made a really good impression and even offered me a full refund to ease my worries, which I turned down to see what I got first. Happy I did. 😊
