Arrived on time and flowers were lovely and fresh.

We ordered all the flowers for my daughter’s wedding from Dutch Auction Direct. They were superb, really helpful from the first call, helping to get the order right. And when the flowers arrived the flowers were absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this company.

I have used this company many times, and I find them approachable,and eager to please. There hasn't been one item of flower that could not have been got, and in my estimation they have an excellent company to deal with. There delivery service is good, and I have been to them ( early in the morning) and had the flowers ready and waiting for me. Plus, I could add to my order from what they had, and believe me it is a picture colour. I shall continue to use them as I have the confidence in them as I do in myself

The flowers are always great quality and he staff are really helpful! They are polite and have great communication especially when the stock changes etc!

When my flowers were delivered, 100 stems were the wrong colour of one flower, another 30 of a different flower were the wrong colour, and over 100 stems were missing. When I phoned I was told they sometimes do substitutions. That’s understandable but not just changing the colour when it’s a wedding and the colour pallet is very specific I wish I had been asked! As for the missing flowers apparently a box got lost, the best they could offer was completely different flowers such as avalanche roses instead of miss America peonies and they wouldn’t arrive until too late. I will never trust this company again, they advertise perfection on the website and this was a far from perfect experience. The company is selling you followers you pick the quantity and colour you want and the delivery day and they’re supposed to deliver it well they sent the wrong colour and the wrong flower and half of it didn’t show up so they are completely failing as a company. If you want good quality, and exactly what you ordered do not trust this company with your order wholly disappointed.

Wedding flowers. The choice was amazing and the flowers were just perfect.

I loved the Spring Flower Box, I made three different arrangements of flowers with it and they all looked stunning. They lasted from a week to 10 days, and I was able to re-arrange the flowers into another arrangement when some faded.

Only four stars because I have had an issue with roses in the previous box but this one was tulips, narcissus and bear grass.

Ordered a large selection of tropical flowers and leaves for my wedding a week in advance of the delivery date. All delivered on time, well packaged which meant no movement inside the box at all. Very high quality flowers that are still in good condition one week later. Wouldn't hesitate to order again!
