Such a wonderful company! Clear service and really helpful. As a small start up wanting to make a difference in the fashion world, this company’s prices and MOQs are just a breath of fresh air! Such great quality too as I had many years in production and design and the labels produced are such high quality.
So happy I found them!

I placed my order and paid for it online on August 4, 2025, 28 days ago. I still have not received even the shipping confirmation. It was crucial for me to receive the order within 20 days of placing it, as it was planned as a customer gift for my business.

I was in contact with the customer service after waiting for 16 days and asked if they had dispatched my order already. They said that they have just received my payment. I had no clue that online bank payments take 16 days to transfer.

When I questioned the situation, they replied that "the order will be shipped by the end of this week." The answer was given 12 days ago, and I still have not received the patches or even the shipping confirmation.

I wanted to make a special custom clothing label to celebrate the end of a huge crochet project, and I’m so happy with how my clothing tags came out! I spent almost two months crocheting a 70’s style mini dress and the cherry on top is a groovy tag to match. Being able to order just a few tags and for them to be professional quality was a really nice way to end this landmark project.

For me being a small business myself purchasing labels in bulk is always a hard decision to make due to tight budgets but with Dutch Label’s small minimums I was able to reach out and get a small set created. The turn around time was fair. (Three weeks+) but the shipment arrived quick once the order was ready. Quality was just like envisioned. Thank you Dutch Label Shop! Fantastic service, fantastic product.

The design process was easy online, and being able to very accurately pick the colours you wanted made sure the patches were extremely well reproduced.
The delivery time was fairly quick and overall I was delighted with the results.

10 days from ordering to delivery. Beautiful labels. Much to choose from. Quality stitching and vibrant color. Dutch Label is my new go-to for custom labels.

We are almost 1.5 months in and still do not have our labels. If you need your label in a hurry, do not order from here. Also, even though their website states US, that is only their "American" headquarters. Their products are manufactured in China.

The labels are lovely. The cotton labels are soft on our mom's sensitive skin. They customized the labels nicely including name and room number for our mom who is in a nursing home. Thank you!

Tried a few label companies. nothing compares to this one. Had to refund all of my other orders with other companies cus the quality was just not it. This is just amazing, the photo proof feature is also great because they show you one label printed before they start printing all of them so you can make adjustments. Price is fair for the quality. Never going back, so happy with my labels.
