You must pay for returns!!
You must pay for returns!!! Hidden in the fine print. I ordered Altra shoes and despite reading the sizing instructions and ordering the correct size I have worn for 20+ years, the shoes came nowhere close to fitting correctly.

I'm sorry. It's not hidden in the fine print. We nowhere state that returns are free. And when you go to FAQ you can read that returns are not free. On the first page, very clearly. Nobody complains that it is not visible, so I think it might be you.
Regarding size. There is no "correct size." Every brand has different sizing. You can have different sizes for different brands.
And Altra is not even 20 years old, so it cannot be that you have been wearing Altra's for 20 years ;)

Hi, I can see they are delivered wednesdaymorning. Goods that are ordered on Saturday are shipped on Monday. Because this in an international order it's not always there the next day. In this case it was delivered on Wednesday in the morning. I'm sorry if you thought we would ship quicker.
