DVDBay.com is a complete scam in my opinion - avoid at all costs

In my opinion, based on the service I have received, DVDBay.com is a complete scam. I ordered a DVD well over two months ago, and have yet to receive it. It is way past the delivery timeframe they provided, and the shipping I paid for. I have reached out several times, they finally responded after I waited several weeks for a response, and they replied that I should have received it, asking me to let them know if I didn't. I replied back that I haven't and asked if they had no way of tracking their own shipments. It has been almost two weeks and still no response.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. They do not provide tracking or advise how your order is shipped. They get your money and say your order is shipped and then complete forget about you. I am going to try and get a refund through my bank, because DVDBay.com won't communicate with me to try to get a refund.

Trust worthy, Great service

I couldn't find this film available anywhere else and i'm so happy to finally have my favourite film on dvd!
It came in about 2/3 weeks and i'm very pleased with my order.
I will definitely order here again.

Only fault was my films audio was delayed with the video :(

Excellent service

So reliable - uncommon service - they're awesome

Best customer service I've experienced since Amazon.com was young! Allows shoppers to request items outside the available inventory - they actually do the hunting for you! And they get back to you fast. Shipping is fast and secure. They're phenomenal - couldn't be happier.

DVDbay is amazing

DVDbay is amazing! In collecting the entire filmography of Bill Skarsgård I have several titles that not include English subtitles making it unable for me to watch. I found DVDbay and have been lucky enough to find they had all the titles that I needed - I am so grateful for them being able to send me a copy with English subtitles - Thank you DVDbay!

Very good company and excellent after sales service

Very good company.
They have a massive load of rare titles.
And the customer service ìs excellent!
I ordered the download only versions, wich had some problems playing and they solved the problem immediately.

Good selection and include hard or almost impossible titles to find.

Prices are very fair. I have placed a number of orders with them and very satisfied with the selection they offer, many titles aren't available elsewhere.
I have also searched for a number of movies and dvdbay had them in their inventory although I couldn't find it any where else. Seems they are the only ones that have the titles after looking for years.
I am a repeat customer and expect to continue ordering with them. They will be my first stop for hard to find titles.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Dvdbay are a brilliant company.
They always respond to any questions and enquiries I may have.
They have a wide range of titles available at reasonable prices.
The titles they supply are fantastic quality but depending on year of production will reflect the quality and not only that, televisions are so advanced now so the DVD my reflect that no matter why you buy them.
If you can’t find a a title you are looking for then message them like I did. They managed to get it for and also they can come in subtitles if you want it.
Don’t just take my word for it, message them and I’m sure you will be surprised.
In regards to delivery, that’s down to 3 factors. 1 how many DVDs you are ordering.
These are produced on ordering not off the peg otherwise they won’t have anywhere to store them.
I worked in retail and I know how it works.
Secondly courier service which is out of DVDs control
Thirdly, Customs, we all know custom clearance can take their especially if they’re working to rule or strike.
I normally get my DVDs with 4-5 weeks but I have received them with 3 weeks but that’s rare.
I promise you, you will get them.
In regards to payment failure, they will NOT contact you.
There are a few reasons behind that.
1 They don’t hold card details, once it placed the order the card goes off at their end.
2 You may have bought DVDs for a gift.
3 Protecting your identity
4 You or the card holder may have cancelled the payment before they had time to process the order
5 You may have input the wrong or incorrect information.

If payment didn’t go through for any reason then message them, they will always reply.

Dvdbay are genuine company that you can trust unlike many other similar companies.
If you receive a title that’s faulty, then message them immediately.
They will replace it on your next order or they will send you another title.
We are all human and we all make mistakes so if you get a duplicate of the same title, then message them and they will sort it for you.

Please rest assure, they are a good company
I had 4 orders off of them so far and I buy 20 at times.
My first order was 5 just to check them out.

Good product but AWFUL "customer service"

I've ordered from this company once before, and though their delivery times are ridiculously slow, they do have some films nobody else carries. HOWEVER, my second order went for weeks with no delivery and nothing on the "your order status" page. Finally after repeated attempts at contact I was told "your credit card was declined. You can order again with a different card if you like." Oh really? I've never had a credit card declined in "real life", and if it happens online due to a mistyped number or something, one is generally notified right away, not just a month later after repeated inquiries. Also they're really bad about responding to requests for information about one's order. Can't imagine I'd ever order from this outfit again no matter what they offer.
