Looking at 161 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the product's quality, describing it as a worthwhile investment for managing media collections. Many find the software versatile, reliable, and easy to use, even for those less tech-savvy, enabling them to digitize and preserve their physical media. The customer service is frequently highlighted as excellent, with support teams receiving specific commendation for their helpfulness and responsiveness. However, some customers also noted issues with specific applications, such as the StreamFab app, which was described as buggy and prone to freezing. A few other people also felt that the software could be problematic with 4K content or required a constant internet connection, leading to concerns about monitoring. There were also isolated reports of difficulties with burning discs and some dissatisfaction with the evolution of lifetime purchases into subsets of products.

My BluRay ripper of choice

This software is pretty much the only decent Mac BluRay ripper out there. It isn't cheap but it does do a great job. I like to have copies of my physical Doctor Who discs available on my network, and there's a lot of them! With this software I've been able to work my gradually through them. It can be a bit quirky, and the interface isn't the best (it would be nice to be able to apply actions to multiple tracks at the same time, or to use keyboard short cuts) but the end results are great. It would be good to be able to see track previews on the Mac but for some reason this doesn't seem possible any more. Generally a happy customer and a few more tweaks would persuade me to change my review to a 5 star.

ALL GOOD - when installed.

All the purchased products are exceptionally reliable and straightforward to use; but the problems start with getting the programmes installed. There are never any difficulties in making payments!
