Just works great

I have been a happy user for 5 years. It's a great, solid product. It keeps getting more complicated, but it basically does what it needs to.

The product did not work, no support, fake refund process

The product did not work, immediately, at login.
The support is late and fake: they keep repeating every couple of days the same things and delay refund.
Scam company in my experience. Reporting them to credit authorities.
update: provided all the information; i asked for refund and you did not provide it; I have all the screenshot from your CS agents' fake engagement, trying to delay not to refund. I am reporting in all avenues since you did not provide neither the service neither the customer support.
