Scammed out of £300+ for a vehicle registration service, hidden undisclosed fees, not responding to emails. I will now have to recover the money through the small claims court.

'update' in response to your reply below, you do have a customer with this issue, but im obviously not going to use my real name on here so i'll elaborate a little on the situation.

Payment up front, then refused to carry out the work, no further responses from emails, all phone numbers tried and attempts to contact you (using all your business alias') go unanswered.

As i said, terrible company (and individual) to deal with, extremely unprofessional (and abusive)

I will get my money back one way or another.

Starts with money up front,and then a bit more for other services.All seems ‘one sided’ at first.
David pointed out my lack of understanding.
But for all the doubts,my rather complicated NOVA was successful enough to complete a registration.
Thank you David as you have to deal with HMRC,DVLA,etc on a daily basis. Thank God I don’t.

I've imported a classic bike from USA, and struggle to have it registered as I had no admin knowledge to do it.
Eventually I searched the web and found VEHICLE REGISTRATION SERVICES and reluctantly decided to have a go and try. Sent an email, had almost an instant reply which made me suspicious (scam), asking me to pay a fee to start.
From there on there was a few blips, misunderstandings, as this company uses a very blunt approach when it comes to communication, which increased my suspicious of scamming.
I must admit that I had almost nothing and they had to do all the process of acquiring documents for me, so it was a process of paying invoice after invoice without much plan in place, in my mind.
It came to a point where I had to ask my wife to take over as anxiety was affecting me.
Eventually after invoices paid and I had an email saying that the process was ready to be sent to DVLA and I received my V5 in the post around 2 weeks later.
I want to praise this team as they walk the extra mile for you and perform to do what they are being paid for. Was a long and tedious process but they done it. Thank you very much

I had to get a Nova/ customs clearance for my motorcycle prior to registering it and they got me the absolute best outcome possible. Honestly cannot recommend enough. Prompt updates at every stage and a special thanks to David - I read back over our communication (via email) and I’m embarrassed how rude I was when I didn’t understand the process. You were very polite and patient with me and explained it in depth so I could understand. This bike means a lot to me so a massive THANKS! Please do not hesitate to use this company.

What a ripoff. I ostensibly paid for a copy of the Certificate of Conformity with all the information provided therein. They just sent me back the information that I had provided to them.
Under no circumstances engage with this chap.
He’s obviously a …. and probably dyslexic to boot.
Despite the reply to my review given by these merchants I specifically asked and paid for a copy of the Certificate of Conformity in the first and second emails I sent to them. I had already downloaded the document V355/5 which provides in great detail how to complete form V55/5. What I requested and paid for was the Certificate of Conformity which contains all the information required for its completion. This has demonstrably not been forthcoming. As to the suggestion that I should read the small print ie caveat emptor, well that really says it all about these Herberts.
And whoever replied to this review is obviously a condescending, supercilious, pusillanimous doo dah.

I asked DVLAAdvice to navigate the processes if getting HMRC clearance for my car and then registering it in the UK via DVLA.
So pleased I chose DVLAAdvice. They were brilliant. Friendly, extremely helpful and very professional. Everything done via email. A huge bonus!

Notwithstanding the seriousness of our complaint my wife and I have previously logged on this site about our experience with this company (individual?), we have not even been contacted by them to address our grievous issues. And this after the company stated on this site that the our previous comments about our distressing experience were totally untrue! Talk about “rubbing salt into the wound”! We are pensioners and have lost a significant amount of money and have been refused the return of our ORIGINAL vehicle registration certificate. As a result we have been denied the use of our car for nearly three months (unable to register our vehicle without this documentation). Absolutely despicable! Should anyone be considering engaging their services then caveat emptor. Stay COMPLETELY CLEAR of this entity to avoid being “taken to the cleaners”. Oh dear….

I have used this company several times over the years for vehicle documents and registration services and always found them efficient and helpful.

I recommend the VRS/Eurocert team for efficiency and good customer service.

I requested help to register my imported motorcycle. I paid the 210 pound fee. They sent me an email telling me what was required. Within 3 months of this I advised this company, for mechanical reasons, it would be a long time before it would get a WOF, so it fell at the first hurdle, so I could not proceed. I requested you to stop, then a refund. Since then I have followed up at least 10 times with no response. The company has now ghosted me. When I have talked to the main guy on the phone he has been mostly rude and arrogant. Go elsewhere.

RESPONSE TO COMPANY RESPONSE: It is true that you did a first motorcycle for me. My review was on the second motorcycle. I have email evidence advising you the bike could not get an MOT and to stop work (sent to you only 3 months after I paid you the fees). The rest of your response demonstrates your bad attitude and poor customer service. Amazing that you responded to my review immediately, but could not give me the courtesy of one response to my many emails requesting a refund. On what reasonable basis do you justify keeping 210 pounds for sending me one or two emails? You provided next to no service for me.

I've been using VRS since 2019 they have successfully road registered three of my Spanish motorcycles including the NOVA certificate,and all the DVLA forms, to get me an age related registration number and logbook, the last one been October of this year 2023,they are a professional and courteous firm keeping me well informed all through the process, I'm currently in the process of restoring another Spanish OSSA motorcycles and will definitely be using the services of VRS/ EUROCERT again, in the near future, I can't thank David and the whole team at VRS enough for a top notch service, many thanks from Paul
