Surly and unable to provide the service that was requested, very slow, over priced and unwilling to help. Would not recomend unless you like being insulted. Waste of time and money, our customer support operative was very rude and they will not issue a refund, £130 gone for nothing and no customer support, denial that we are even a customer. Subsequently we received voicemails threatening a response three times worse than this review and then doxed names on websites, one personal information which would question this businesses GDPR polices and practices.
The comments below have been edited ti minimise their exposure to their behaviour but we have carefully recorded their comments and scramblings to maintain some type of actual legitimacy.

This review may be from an MOT and bike shop called MID ULSTER MOTORCYCLES, because we have not served or produced any conformity documentation for a JOHN GILLIS.
It looks like a John Gillis may own Mid Ulster Motorcyles, and we have indeed provided quad bike documentation for Mid Ulster Motorcyles. If so (Mid Ulster Motorcyles), it was clear to us that you did not know what you are supposed to be doing with your customer's quad bike regarding UK road registration and MOT system booking.
Documentation and services we provide for quad bike owners are a core part of our operation and we work positively with quad and off-road bikers to get them legally UK registered for riding on the road, as well as green laning, etc. We work directly with four UK mainland quad bike dealerships (recommendations available on request from us) and we also help individuals get their quads and enduro bikes legally registered for road use.
There surely must be alternative MOT stations in Ulster where the testers and staff know and understand the rules of MOT testing and the associated DVLA registration procedures for off road bikes and quads. Mid Ulster Motorcycles were not able to make sense of the documentation we provided, due to their lack of understanding of UK vehicle on and off road registration law and procedures. We would not recommend Mid Ulster Motorcycles due to their lack of knowledge and lack of common sense.
Naturally, your customer, with the quad bike that he wants to be road registered, may contact us directly, for a discounted procedure, whereby we will register his quad for him without the need for an MOT. Search 'getmealogbook quad'.

Expert help and advice on vehicle registration
David and team helped me register an imported classic bike with some challenging paperwork. His expert advice and service made the process super easy and I'm eternally grateful for it! V5 arrived in the post today!

Having tried to register a old imported motorcycle with the DVLA with out success , the vehicle registration service made the process so easy. I have noted some positive reviews from customers who have managed to register their vehicles despite covid19. Unfortunately I have been waiting 6 months and have not heard anything. Vehicle registration are unable to provide much needed assistance and I am also unable to contact DVLA for any update.

As communicated to you today by SMS and email. . . The DVLA are causing huge delays this year, as you now know, because you have now received a letter from them - resulting from the V55/5 registration application we made on your behalf.
The First Registrations department are working very slowly and under different working conditions and as a result of this, not just long delays are happening. They are also making a lot of mistakes and their quality of work has become very poor. I can see that their letter is a rejection and I can see that they have requested some extra information. It is part of our service to pick up such a rejection and work to resolve the issue. That is part of our standard service. However, in your email today, you stated that you want to resolve it directly with them. That is of course your choice. We remain at your service and if you change your mind we would be happy to resolve the rejection issue.
Please do consider what I have said. We try to provide the best service we can but the DVLA are difficult to work with and these long COVID-related delays are not helping. I would only ask you to please be patient with it all and to not blame us. We are actually on your side and we do all we can to ensure the fastest registration possible and do as much of the administrative work as we can.

Used eurocert to import my vehicle and i must they were a massive help, and delt with everything from a - z and succesfully managed to register my vehicle through these challenging tough times.
