They do not honor their 30 day refund policy

I received a dress that was different from the one pictured. When I made a return request, their response was to refund me half and I could keep the product "and sell it to a friend." I declined and asked to return the dress for a full refund. They stopped replying to me and I have no way to get my money back.

Scam Operation – Missed Deadline, No Tracking, Ignored Refund Request

Do not buy from DVL Shop. This business is misleading, unresponsive, and does not honor its own refund or shipping policies. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and dishonest from start to finish.

They present themselves as a UK-based store, but this is false. Their website domain is actually registered in Arizona, and the return address they list is a private residence in Agoura Hills, California—not a warehouse or commercial return center. There is no customer service phone number, and the official email address posted on their website is non-functional. The only communication I received came from a random Gmail account, which is completely unprofessional and suspicious.

I placed an order and expected their given standard U.S. shipping window on their site, but I never received traceable tracking information from their time window or any confirmation that the item had shipped. When they finally gave a tracking number, it went nowhere. I emailed them in advance to explain that the product was for an important event and that if they couldn’t meet the expected delivery window, they needed to cancel the order. They did not respond and ignored my request.

The package ended up arriving late, and unfortunately, the product was poorly made and the sizing was completely off. I immediately contacted them to request a full refund, as stated in their own “30-day easy return” policy. It has now been more than 31 days, and I have still not received a resolution. I sent over 20 emails and filled out their website contact form multiple times. Instead of honoring their return policy, they offered me a partial refund and told me to keep the item, which I declined.
Since then, they have completely stopped responding. They never confirmed whether the return address was valid, and they never followed through with proper refund instructions. Based on their behavior, I believe DVL Shop is intentionally avoiding responsibility and making it difficult for customers to get their money back.
Through my experience, this is a scam operation. They ignore legitimate refund requests, misrepresent their location, avoid tracking accountability, and leave customers with defective or unusable products. I’m posting this so others don’t fall into the same trap. Please note that after my review and complaint to Shopify they promised to refund me yet they still have not given me my couple hundred dollar refund and it is now 8/26/2025. Again multiple emails and no response.

Avoid DVL Shop at all costs. Warn others. Report the site. It is not a trustworthy or legitimate business. Their business is not even registered. I tried to report them on the Better Business Bureau but because they don't have a business entity it is difficult with a general form ( I will still contact just in case). District attorney will be next for both Arizona and California to try to shut down this site.
