We truly understand how disappointing it can be when an item does not meet your expectations, and we are sorry that this situation caused frustration.
We would like to kindly clarify that, according to our company policy — which is clearly and transparently stated on our website — hosiery items, including stockings, belong to hygiene-sensitive products. Under applicable consumer protection regulations, such items are not eligible for return once delivered, for sanitary and safety reasons. This policy exists to protect all customers and is standard for intimate and hosiery products.
That said, despite the above, we would like to emphasize that we did go beyond our standard policy. On January 18, our customer support team contacted you by email and provided return instructions as a goodwill gesture, offering to proceed with a return once the item is sent back to us.
At this moment, we are still waiting for the item to be returned. As soon as we receive it, we will immediately process the refund for the product that did not work for you.
We kindly ask you to proceed with the return using the details already sent to your email, so we can finalize this matter as quickly as possible.
