Cracking piece of kit, I had to cut my way through tree stump to fit in some decking joists. This along with a hammer and chisel sorted sorted it out

This was a replacement for an earlier model which has had a lot of usage and some rough treatment at times (including some drops). Eventually it developed a wiring fault, but the replacement part (essentially the motor unit) was 90% of the cost of a replacement machine, so it was a non-economic repair. The new machine is an improvement as it now has a 3 speed motor which makes it more controllable. I bought a bare unit, but it still came with a couple of deWalt blades and dust extraction attachments, so it’s good value. DVS supplied quickly, at a competitive price and it arrived undamaged, which was nice.
