Emailed customer service after the shoes I bought went on sale for quite a bit less the day after I got them. They refused to help with refunding the price difference. They weren't even nice about it...kinda jerks in the customer service department. Not a good way to keep customers. I'll shop elsewhere in the future now that I know they don't care about customers.
Don't order through DVS at all. They'll take your money, mail items to wrong address, then won't reply to customer service emails
