I’ve purchased from Dwarves before for a pair of horsebit chunky loafers and they are incredible. I could not find a similar shoe of that quality and design anywhere else. They are durable, made with genuine leather, and last forever. If they ever restock the horsebit loafer in brown, I would buy immediately.

I like to find common sense fashion that is out of the norm. Fashion I will not see on five other people. Dwarves shoes provides great comfort, excellent craftsmanship and quality shoes. Most of all I like the unique styles of Dwarves shoes. I will be purchasing another pair or two.

The shoes are very well made and the quality is excellent. Customer service is prompt to respond. I will continue to purchase shoes from them.

Just a bit of prehistory first: I was looking for a comfortable pair of shoes for work at the office and I always gravitated towards something with a bit of an edge to it while still looking formal. I have gone through the time-consuming process of searching both online and at the stores but unfortunately had to return the shoes I'd purchase - even when they looked fine, the fit would disappoint.
And then my friend showed me the website for the Dwarves shoes. They got my attention right away: every pair looked so stylish and unique. I ordered a pair of vintage square-toe 60-mm block heel Mary Janes in wine red . The moment I put them on, I knew they were IT. They felt so comfortable that I didn't want to take them off: the insoles are padded to support the arch and the ball of the foot, so they feel super comfortable even after a full day at work. And I always get compliments on them! So, yeah - I'm a fan.

I have always wanted a pair of dwarves shoes. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size! The customer service team was nothing but AWESOME! I will absolutely be ordering more pairs in the CORRECT size! Thank you Dwarves!

I just got the shoes that I’ve been waiting for. I really do love it and the leather is really good and soft my feet didn’t hurt. The only problem is the size .
It’s too big for me . I think their sizes is kinda big. I end up returning but I’m getting a new size. And I’m getting another one which is the Mary Jane style. They got lots of style that you can choose from. Can’t wait for my new order. Love it!

Classic Elegant Chelsea Boots Mid Heel Back Zipper Boots For Women Square Toe in Black/Brown Size 7. I have been perusing the Dwarves Shoes website for a year hoping to find the perfect pair of boots, and I think I have found them. The boots are beautifully made and neatly packaged, and the shipping time was reasonably short. According to the size chart my measurements corresponded to a size 7, but I did have to exchange for a half size up so I could wear a thicker sock. They were surprisingly comfortable even straight out of the box and are absolutely stunning and elegant. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of these boots and am excited to receive my new pair and begin wearing them.

I ordered shoes for my granddaughter, they arrived on time but were a little large. I contacted dwarves, they immediately contacted me with easy to follow return/exchange instructions. Very impressed with customer service.

With some initial reservations, I ordered a pair of shoes that, once received, discovered that I ordered a size too small. I was amazed at the quality and workmanship and loved the shoes, but they did not fit. I contacted dwarves and explained my dilemma. Dwarves makes the most beatiful high quality shoes, they are geniune leather, they fit so well, and they last a long time. The shipping is also fairly quick for a handmade shoe. I would highly reccomend these shoes to anyone who is looking. They really are high quality.

The shoes I ordered arrived carefully packaged with protected sleeves, toe shapers, and other wrapping. They are beautiful, comfortable, and fit beautifully. Received the ankle boots today. Quality looked good but the chemical smell was absolutely horrible! Instant pounding headache as soon as I opened the box. Had to put the boots outside and throw away all the packaging. My hands even smelled of this horrible chemical after touching them. It’s a very toxic smell! Finally decided to toss the boots instead of returning them (i.e., to prevent them from being sold to another woman who would have been exposed to this toxicity).

it was easy to order on dwarvesshoes.com and i had no issues checking out and making payment. my shoes were delivered as they advised and are very nice. i have not had any issues where i had to contact the company...so i guess that is good sign. i love my new platform oxfords.
