Inadequate and untimely communications. Expensive, charged a lot for quote, replaced parts without consultation and maximised quoted work. Didn't clean gas fire bed as part of service. Didn't clean system filter as part of a normal boiler service. Will get other quotes in future. They called me saying they would follow up and were trying to improve their ratings but I've heard nothing since, despite trying to resolve.
Firstly they left me and my young family with no heating over the freezing Christmas period for three days, despite ‘fixing’ the boiler a few days before it went wrong again. Secondly I asked them to do some plumbing work on our new house. I described what needed doing and they booked a few days in the diary. After one of their guys came out to look at what needed doing they decided they didn’t want to do the work as it wasn’t worth it financially for them. They said they informed me via an email but I never received one. Now I am left with no plumber and no usable bathrooms and I move in to my new home in two weeks time. Their response to my question ‘now what do I do’ was ‘that’s your problem not ours’ and put the phone down on me. A shambolic and disgusting way to treat customers. I will never use them again and will advise others not to use them either
The company installed a new boiler for me which entailed moving the boiler location to a room outside the main house. We were replacing a non condensing oil boiler with a condensing oil boiler. This also meant a new flue. Andy, who runs the company, came up with a clever plan that was superbly executed by his super efficient team who were thoroughly professional, tidy and polite. Top company.
Really appreciate the speed and quality of the work carried out for us today. From an initial consultation yesterday evening to the job be completed within 24 hours. Couldn’t ask for a better experience from a company that do exactly as promised. Would not hesitate recommending this company to anybody.
