First time using Dwellers and was happy. They was easy to talk too, they message back right way, house was clean and family friendly.

We liked the area but was not a detached property as stated, garden was dismal, house was dirty and dusty which I had to spend time cleaning, dust on beds and under, beds not made up on arrival, housekeeper arrived 10 mins after we got there waiting for our bed linen and towels to arrive, badly stained dining chairs which I had to clean myself, have proof, glad there was a washing machine as we were given 1 bath towel and hand towel each for our 3 night stay, Did have equipped kitchen, could be a lovely property if cleaned and maintained.

We stayed in a house in chingford.. We did not know it would be a terraced house or that the two smallest bedrooms would have no drawers or wardrobes and we were staying for 10 days. . In fairness the hosts responded to our requests but these requests were for things that should have been in the house in the first place.. for example only one tea towel for 10 days and no pairs of scissors at all. . The resources in the house are very limited indeed... The garden was a disgrace It was resolved but only one day before we were leaving. The dining chairs were absolutely filthy covered in stains... I think this property was very overpriced for what was on offer..

My team had good time staying with Dwellers Delight. Just little issue with checkin time. We couldnt get early checkin.

I had really relax and amazing stay at Basildon with my family vacation. I would highly recommend to use their service and facilities.

The host was amazing -very friendly, attentive and organised which undoubtedly made my stay so much better.
The house is spacious and thoughtfully decorated and organised. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked, with plenty of crockery, cleaning products and dried goods.
The location of the house is superb, excellent transport links around Greater London, but also into Central and of course outside of London. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.The area around the house is residential, so it makes for a very peaceful and undisturbed stay.

Kalpesh and his team are very helpful, friendly and professional and we never have to wait long for payments to be cleared. As a company, Dwellers Delight Group are fantastic and we hope to work with them for many more years to come.
Management are super helpful in taking the hassles away from you, they have also furnished my house at their cost to initially support with any financial burdens.
Team Dwellers delight are always on hand to respond with any queries. No hidden cost or unexpected surprises.

We had a lovely stay at Dwellers Delight Dagehnam for five days. Very cosy, clean room with friendly hosts. Ten minute walk to local station to get the tube straight into London & a lovely local shopping centre with plenty of restaurants. Communication was fantastic and it was an easy, restful break. Thank you for being great hosts! Would highly recommend.

A wonderful and peaceful stay on my business trip. The house is in the apt location to get around during your stay. It was a comfy stay in a very nice location. Everything is available at the stones throw away. Its nice to spend time during the evenings around this place. Customer support was excellent , we very helpful with all the query we had. I would rebook this accommodation in the future and would highly recommend this place to fellow travellers.

I stayed in the place with my family and we were happy to find the property safe, clean and as shown in picture.
It is a cosy apartment. Ideal for 2 or max 3 guests.

Serene, beautiful and reliable place that we could call away from home. The management went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. All our minute needs were taken care off. During our stay if we had any trouble - it was fixed right away. I see some reviews say otherwise but I did not experience any of those - rather I just have good things to say for the team that made my stay most memorable. I will come back here time and again. Great Job!

Spotlessly clean, wonderful hosts, nice atmosphere, parking the car on the road is no problem, good communication. Instructions well received. Highly recommend this place for fellow guests.
