Beware of contract

This home staging company admits that they used what they had and did not work with the colors and architectural details of the home. This clash creates confusion and drive people away. Beware of contract language that after the first month they will NOT prorate unless one cancels before the 13th of the month, they take their time to pick their items up. In our case they left them 5 days beyond the contract end. I believe they cost us >$100,000 by driving people away in addition to their fees for 3 months.

While beauty is in the eye of the beholders, this company simply did not work well with a high-end custom-built home with a lot of architectural detail.
