Avoid at all costs! Completely incompetent.
Our job was the removal of existing conservatory to be replaced with a garden room with one side as a wall and two sides as bi fold doors and velux windows. David appeared to have all the theory and made us feel confident at the start of the job but we quickly realised he had no idea what he was doing, for instance 3 men arrived on the first day to dig the foundations with only one shovel between them, the timbers used for the apex of the roof are insufficient for the weight and the RSJ that they put in has been put in on it’s weakest edge which has caused visible sagging in the roof, the velux windows installed are only supported on 3 sides, the roof tiles haven’t even been laid according to the instructions on the box (first row missing). I could go on. But aside from the poor workmanship, we also found communication poor, we were promised a schedule to show us the order of works which was never received despite asking repeatedly, and each phase of the job was never completed in the timeframe given. They rarely showed up for a full days work, and regardless of how far behind they were on the job they would never work on a Friday afternoon yet still manage to have all their ‘breaks’!
Maybe you’d think they might be better on smaller jobs, but we also asked them to replace our French doors, but even doing that they managed to break the glass whilst installing, the two handles on each door were visibly out of line, yet I had to insist he get his spirit level out to prove it and there is still a gap where the doors meet and the door catch’s when you close it!
Needless to say our whole roof needs ripping down and putting up again, he had asked for instalments in advance which we had paid but when asked for a refund for works not completed he somehow managed to say we owed him more money.
Every tradesman we have had out since to look at the various parts of the job cannot believe the numerous amounts of mistakes that have been made.

So now having google dismiss your gossip, you are now making it up again. You requested a conservatory extention revamp, the foundation was 2 corner digouts. Yoou allowed 2 days a week site access, you delaid by 15 weeks, You have a oustanding bill of 14K. Lets arrange a time to resolve and pay your ballance. And stop the malious untrue statements. You have my number, You said you did not need planning permission when I told you YES you did. When we found your propery was under restrictios i a conservation are, your contract was cancelled for your serious breach of contract. one again the conservatory is not exempt. You were told many time, you caused server delays from day 1. Choosing 4 different brick types. The roof is a light weight roof with pvc tiles, until the bifolds are fitted should not be walked on. DONT LIE! We will take this furter should you wish! This like the google comments whish due to you mislead comments will be removed. Let me know the days you are in, we could go on. Have a nice day
