I needed an emergency bifold door repair and the team were great from start to finish.
We were not able to lock the doors properly. The guys come over replaced the lock and also realigned the doors.

I didn't realise how badly my bifold doors were sticking until DWLG fixed them. I got used to giving them a hard pull. They move like butter now. Even better today than when they were installed 13 years ago.
Started the job, said they were buying new parts from Germany and then went AWOL. Chased several times, always said they'd get back to me, but never did. Better to just say "Im sorry, we cant locate the part, so we will need to discontinue this job" rather than leaving me hanging and having to chase them for a response. Im sure they do a good job for some, but my experience was very poor.
