I have ordered Two Sealey tool chests…
I have ordered Two Sealey tool chests early January and have yet to receive them, i have sent multiple emails some of which have received no response but having called sealey this morning they advised they can not advise if they received the order from DW Tool shop but can confirm they have been in stock all year so why have i not received them? i will be reporting them to trading standards if i do not receive the goods or a refund very soon.

False advertising
Unfortunately the product was advertised as "guaranteed delivery before Christmas if order is placed before 18th monday" We placed the order 16th.
It didn't arrive until 8 January. I get it, it's the festive season but we only bought it because of the promised delivery window, instead our renovations were delayed by 3 weeks.
