dwump Reviews

A very useful and affordable service, truly filling a demand in the market. Just what I needed: a man with a van, with flexibility, willing to help me move my stuff. Definitely recommend it!

Some bugs on the front end (had some difficulty registering at the beginning and received redundant confirmation emails at the end). Good customer service response time over email resolved these issues. And the service itself was seamless. Will definitely use them again. Would be better if there were an app, as opposed to being only web-based.

Friendly, cooperative and reliable. Really recommend them. Illay is a “grand master”!

Great Experience. Very reliable service. Hustle free.

Very good service. Polite and efficient driver. Recommended!

Great Experience: Easy and Friendly
I am always stressed with moving and finding someone to help. This is the first time that everything went so smoothly. Ilya was friendly, fast, and helpful and we finished quickly! Highly highly recommend using this site!

All was taken out as agreed and even a couple of extras.

Dwump was great, very responsive and provided exactly the service I needed during a stressful move. Thanks Dwump!!

Moving with the help from Illya from dwump was a great experience, I would absolutely recommend it. Everything was very clear on the website and when I had a question before the move, Illya answered almost immediately. The move itself went really quickly and easily, even though I had asked Illya to dis- and reassemble some furniture. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Dwump is a very flexible solution if you need a "man with a van" to move or dump some items in Brussels or surroundings. Communication with the driver was very easy and he was right on time.

Brilliant service from Dwump, highly recommended. Very simple from start to finish, easy to input everything that I wished to move into the website and friendly, punctual service. Made the removal process so much more stress free than it otherwise would have been without Dwump.

Thanks to Illya for helping us move all our stuff, especially the big trunk. Really friendly and efficient service.

I would definitely recommand dwump because it's easy and very efficient. I have already used dwump to move and to dump and twice everything went smoothly. Good communication and great service!

The website is so easy to use and the team are very responsive. I had a quote within 30 mins and had confirmed the pick up and disposal of an old washing machine and double mattress. Very polite and friendly driver. The height of professionalism. Thank you so much Dwump! I’ll be using you again

Super friendly, super efficient and super helpful! I was moving and I wasn't sure what I could give away and what I should throw away. Illya and his team made sure I got the advice I needed and were happy to help with everything.
They basically saved my life and I was happily moving on to my new place :)

Tried the service twice already, and fully satisfied with the experience! It's easy to put an order for a move, propose a price and find an available driver. The drivers are nice and reliable and I got help carrying down the furniture from the pick-up point (5th floor w/ elevator) to the car. On the second move, the initial driver that responded to the ad couldn't make it anymore, but he proposed a replacement quickly and it all went smoothly.

I recommend this service whole-heartedly and will definitely use it in the future!

Excellent platform to connect with professionals to move your stuff

Ilya went above and beyond what anyone would expect! We had a lot of furniture and rubbish and he came over 4 times to collect it all. He was so speedy and efficient and a nice guy to boot! He comes at whatever time suits you and I can highly recommend his services. This is exactly the type of service that was missing in the market and at a VERY reasonable price too. If you need to clear out your house/apartment then look no further. Dwump is by far the best service you could ever find!! Thanks Ilya!!!
