I placed my first order with them 4-4-26. I’m still hopeful I’ll receive the 2 wigs I ordered but I have emailed them numerous times as to when they will ship with no response. What is wrong with this world. Reading the reviews, You can’t trust anyone with anything anymore! It shouldn’t be this way…..
The customer service stinks. I did not receive one of the wigs I ordered & I can’t get ahold of the company to tell them send my wig or refund my money. They have no phone number to contact them
Placed an order for 2 wigs on 2/18/26. Have reached out multiple times trying to get a tracking number. No response. Opened a dispute with Afterpay on 2/26, and to date, they haven't responded. This company is also affiliated/sister companies with Haircube. Stay away from both companies. 100% scam. Im out $84.99 until Afterpay finishes my dispute. That's when I can finally get my money back.
