TERRIBLE. Message to say delivery yesterday, waiting in all day to no delivery and no reason as to why. Rang today at 8.30am to be told he ran out of time and hopefully sent today will be told of time slot once on van. Had to call back as had no call, told small parts are on the van but not big parts as van isn't big enough. Joke of a delivery company.

Hopeless. Delivery due today and I received a text to say they couldn't find the address. I checked the tracking and they were in the area about 2 miles away. Blinds direct have told me it will be delivered tomorrow. It seems that good companies will lose business if they use this delivery firm

Waiting on 2 parcels from 2 different…
Waiting on 2 parcels from 2 different companies both to be delivered with dx. First parcel meant to be delivered yesterday sat in all day then got a txt that cant find my address and to rebook. Rebooked for today then got a msg saying cant deliver today rebook. Rebooked again for tommorow will be 3rd day waiting all day will be claiming for lost earnings. Second parcel was due today and has been rebooked for tommorow without even telling me i only know as was tracking the parcel. No one gets back to you via the chat box. Imcompitent company cant do their job and non excistent customer service.
Worst company
Worst company. Make you use a live chat function rather than speak to any person. They just send you a formulaic response and then end the chat. Utterly pointless. Do not use if you have ANY option. Too many companies seem to use them to deliver. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Horrible Driver experience
Delivery was meant to arrive on Friday. I made sure to stay home. No time slot given only between 8AM-6PM. Driver came I answered but stated needs help bringing item down as too heavy. Told him I cannot help as I am alone and pregnant and cannot possibly lift. I’ve paid £25 for delivery. He refused to bring it down unless someone could help him. I called the company to explain I will be alone during these hours as husband goes to work. They assured me item will be delivered on Monday by the driver without him needing assistance. Monday driver comes early morning just as my husband is leaving for work. He again stated he cannot bring down the item alone. My husband agrees to help bring down the item with the driver even though not required of him as he is not manual handling trained and could easily injure himself bringing down an item we have paid a lot for it to be delievred. The driver then refused to bring the item through the side gate and said it wouldn’t go through but it clearly does and did go through as we took it in ourselves.
I then called DX deliveries to explain to them the poor quality of this delivery and the person on the end of the line was so rude and abrupt and stated ‘ as long as you got your delivery in the end then that’s all that matters’ clearly no care for customer care, did not want to listen to me and said to stop complaining. I asked to speak to someone else, stated it’s just him at the moment. Very horrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 14.40 and 16.40 and when i checked the progress at 16.45 the driver was at 2 miles from my place. and at 17.30 i checked again; the message i got from tracking was surprising: 'delivery all day' Since then i haven't heard from them. The worse you can't contact the company to talk to anyone.....
Please never trust this company....very useless....just call them again now and no one to talk to just automate machine!! very very bad company please all of you ask the sender no to use this company again......
Ordered a garden gate
Ordered a garden gate, organising 2 delivery dates, over the course of 10 days. still didn't arrive. Arrived 2 days later when not in, boot marks all over it and wood had a gouge in it. Would not recommend this company, no care about goods they're delivering.

My package was important and on next day delivery and has now had x2 unable to deliver attempts there's no option for safe place that no standard option for leave with our neighbor that only appears after an failed delivery there's no contact by the driver or will be whether you're in 20 minutes type message.
This company seems to only be able to deliver to anyone who does not work and therefore will be at home Mon-Fri, a very old fashioned poor choice.

I was waiting for my passport to be delivered from the India Visa Centre, the driver said they tried to deliver but this wasn't true as I was in the entire time and didn't receive a calling card. It's looking like I'm going to miss my cousins funeral in India now...

Absolutely awful. Tracked right to my neighbourhood and then tracking went off!!! Needless to say my parcel never arrived????
Lies in Tracking. Lies and abysmal aggressive attitude from driver.
Overnight Delivery paid for by DX by the business that I placed an order with. Not received. Firstly, DX state it was on the wrong van. The following day it was not loaded on a van, but tracking shows that it was out for delivery. - A driver stopped at my house with someone else's exhaust system in his hand, before throwing that back in his van. - (I would be amazed if someone hasn't received a dented?damaged exhaust system!) - He then confirmed that he had nothing for me, but recorded on DX Tracking that he had left a card, despite that we had a conversation? We are at the end of a cul-de-sac. - As he left, the driver did a Formula 1 start, turning round and driving across the lawn of the house opposite to us! I would also give zero starts if it were possible. How do businesses like this keep going?
Delivered Vaguely
Only 2 of the 3 packages arrived and even they were damaged. I spoke with the seller who sent out replacements and they have arrived damaged as well. As a customer, it doesn't present well. This must be costing sellers a small fortune, not to mention the hassle.
Naming the firm DX or Delivered Exactly according to the website sets an expectation that is patently not being met.

2 parcels in 3 weeks that have not been delivered on their scheduled day even though according to tracking they were both in the van out for deliverey. DX definitely take the title of worst courier

I ordered 2 items from wickes which this alleged courier company were supposed to deliver.They managed to lose one and the other supposed to be delivered by 430.
It wasn’t delivered and the following day ,after I cancelled the order due to the incapability of this company i received a text saying to collect the said item .
I phone and apparently it had been left in my garage.

Incompetent driver
Incompetent driver. I waited in two separate days for a delivery. Both times he tried delivering to the wrong address, and I was emailed to say ' sorry no-one was in, calling card left'. Infuriating. Am now going to have to drive to the depot to pick it up as this will just keep on happening. Avoid the company at all costs.
