Fantastic company to deal with. I've used a lot of hosting companies over the years, DX3 are by far the best I've experienced in terms of customer service. Tickets are answered quickly, and there's actually somebody knowledgeable on the other end of the phone too if need be.

They're branded as Magento specialists - they know the platform inside out. If this is the sort of hosting you're looking for then they come highly recommended.

We have been using DX3 as our magento store host now for years and can only vouch for their excellent hosting and customer services. Support are very knowledgeable and quick to reply to any support tickets. Telephone support is also excellent and always get straight though to a person who is able to handle support immediately over the phone.

They also won't try and up sell you anything you don't need and monitor your server resources to ensure it is running at its optimal performance at all times. It is only when you start running out of resources that they will suggest an upgrade.

Overall they are a great company who will often go above and beyond their customers expectations.

I recently acquired an e-commerce site running on Magento and planned to move it to my existing hosting provider. As I was busy with the transfer of the business I decided to leave the site temporarily on its existing hosting platform with DX3 webs - and I'm so glad I did. My business incorporates an e-commerce website Cubesedge. Over the 6 years I have ran this section of the business I have had several hosting companies with my fare share of issues. I moved the Magento site to DX3 webs in April 2015 and aside from the site running quicker than ever, any issues I have had, which have been few, have been resolved by DX3 instantly and with the highest standards in customer service. We have used many dedicated server hosts whilst running our Magento platforms, none, I repeat no other host has provided the same level of service and affordability as DX3Webs.

From the get go DX3Webs were on hand to provide any assistance needed with setting up and migrating stores as well as being an ear to NEW ideas and help in getting them to fruition. Our needs were listened to and catered for with the minimum of fuss and within a timely fashion (to be expected of course!)

DX3webs took care of any security issues and patches for our platforms for us and handled all of our SSL setups and renewals.

I am generally not in the habit of leaving reviews but the review below seems wide of the mark from my own experience.

So far we have experienced great communication, a managed server which is very important for our needs and when there had been one issue of our own doing dx3webs put things back to where they should be.

So as long as I can avoid messing around with things I know nothing about I struggle to see any forthcoming issues for our future needs.

I'm just starting up a new online shop and my developer gave me a few hosts to look at and after a lot of research and asking to talk to some of their other customers I decided to go with dx3webs. They are very helpful and took care of transfering my site from my developers server, which was too slow for my site to run on correctly. Keep up the good work. :)

I took a leap of faith of DX3webs based on the good reviews I have read and a few messages from them on a forum I use. At first I was really impressed with them taking a copy of website and optimizing for free to show me the speed etc I could be getting, so based on that a deal struck with the price. I migrated, that is where the problems started, My company has little IT knowledge and expected a company to which we are paying over £150 a month would handle everything and we would have a seamless transfer from my old host to the new, unfortunately that wasn't the case :-(

There has been numerous issues which needed to be sorted, ok teething problems are one thing, but with my website being completely down on two separate occasions that is more than teething problems.

I also find there 24/7 support a joke taking hours to respond to issues, again I would expect a 15-20 max response time not hours!

I'm giving them to the end of the month and if not vastly improved I'll be moving

If you're looking for a reliable host that will go that extra mile for you then look no further - they really know their stuff and I'd have no hesitancy in recommending them as a fantastic hosting company.

More than once they've helped us out way beyond what any 'standard' hosting company would offer - if you're looking for a bespoke service at very competitive prices you won't find any better in my experience (16 years in IT)

I moved to DX3 Webs last week, after having trouble with my old server and the support at Peer1.

1) The pricing was really competitive, and they didn't up-sell me things I did not need.

2) They built and had the new server ready in a matter of days.

3) Support migrated my site away from Peer1 and onto my new server for me, and managed every single step of the process. We had minimal downtime of 20 minutes - which when moving servers is absolutely nothing. Also support went above and beyond - they redirected the Name Servers and DNS records - we usually have to do all the migration ourself.

4) They actually install the Magento Patches free of charge for you if you want them too. This is really good service - normally this would be a chargeable service.

If you have a Magento store, I would recommend these guys - they know the Magento platform, and our site is already running much faster as a result. Support and quick and helpful by all accounts. Its early days but so far I am really pleased!

I have used Dx3webs to host a Magento site. Alway had great professional service. I have no reservation in recommending this company for any Magento hosting.

I've had accounts with many of the popular Magento hosts around today and not one comes close to the service offered by DX3.

There's no overselling, their support is second to none, their servers are truly Magento optimised and you can expect all this at very competitive rates.

These guys know their stuff when it comes to Magento and aren't afraid to get stuck in fixing issues that other hosts would avoid. Their servers are lightening quick thanks to a finely tuned optimisation service from the team.

I would look no further for the ultimate Magento host for any sized business.

We had a legacy server at 1&1. Despite their poor rep, I've used 1&1 dedicated servers for over 10 years - you just accept that customer services isn't their thing, but you get cheap prices and either manage things yourself or get someone else to do it.

One server had been running for about 5 years hosting an increasingly busy site, and started to fall over - always when I was nowhere near a computer.

I'd discovered DX3 a couple of years ago when I needed some SSL certificates installed and they were the only ones I could find open on a Saturday afternoon who got back to me immediately and did the work in a flash.

I thought I'd give them a go with a hosting + support gig and I have been tremendously impressed. As part of the price they transferred over 6 legacy Zen Cart websites and a Wordpress blog.

Although there were some tricky things to get done, they managed the whole process with the bare minimum of downtime.
