Fast rural broadband - great service!

I reached out to Dyfed Telecom when looking into a solution for very poor broadband connection. Toby contacted me to run through my options, and was quick to organise a survey to check eligibility for a government grant to support the installation.

The whole team were very knowledgeable and have provided great service during the installation process, from Toby and Melica in the sales & customer support team, to Doug and Rhys with the installation.

Highly recommended - thanks all!

No contest - stunning company

This company has been, by far, the best we have worked with in a very long time. They are a professional, knowledgeable and solution-focused team who take time to understand and appreciate their customers’ needs, communicate extremely well and take pride in their work and approach. They have been so helpful - from advising on what is possible, to appreciating what broadband providers would make a real difference in our location (rural) to making the grant application process easy to installation and follow-ups via WhatsApp chat. It has - on every level - been such a positive experience from start to finish … and we’ve gone from 2-4mbps to 269mbps on latest Speedtest. Dan and Elliott are as ‘top-notch’ as you can get and I cannot recommend this firm highly enough: a real ‘breath of fresh air’ in today’s business climate!

Dyfed Telecom Broadband Service

I got in touch with Dyfed Telecom after a friend had used them and told me how they helped them supply broadband to their rural property. I gave them a call, they took some details, then I was contacted by Dan Parry, Dan was first class from start the finish and answered every question I had.
When it came to fitting the tech to our home we had Paul who was spot on, he explained everything to us before he started and did I tried job of hiding the cable. Paul went over and above to help me with a problem I had and with the support of the Dyfed team got it sorted as quick as my new broadband. I can’t thank you both enough for helping us with broadband we can actually use.

Customer service spot on

Switched to Dyfed telecom a number of years ago now, highly recommend this company, customer service is spot on. Recently dealt with Dan who looked over our contract and was able to get a great price.
Always someone to talk to if you have any problems. If I could give them 10* I would 😃

FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE

A massive THANK YOU to Dan & Paul they have been very fast and helpful fitting our new wifi.
There has been no wait times or annoying waiting in telephone hold ups.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE POOR WIFI LIKE US WITH SKY.

Dan Parry- brilliant customer service…

Dan Parry- brilliant customer service helped me out massively helped me to understand everything with the grant wouldn’t have been able to do it without him.

Elliot- engineer on the day fast friendly service again couldn’t ask for anybting better.

Brilliant and friendly company

Brilliant and friendly company. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and gave us the best solution for where we are. We had Starlink installed by Dyfed and the who process was made simple even how to apply for the grant. The system is very easy to connect to and is faster here in rural wales than fibre was in Port Talbot. I highly recommend Dyfed!!

Brilliant service

Zach came out to test our speeds we could get with Dyfed as we had been having nothing but problems with BT. Told us about grant which BT never told us about! Bit of difficulty getting the grant but Dyfed helped every step of the way. Brilliant hard working staff, difference between BT was night and day. Very glad to have got our internet sorted!

Great communication

Great communication! The service was great as we were a business in an area where we could only receive slow broadband which was not good enough for what’s we needed. We contacted Dyfed Telecom and they were out with a few days to install the equipment. Would recommend if you struggle with broadband speeds.

Fabulous service and customer service

We have been dealing with Dyfed Telecom for a couple of years now and I must say that they are a first class company to deal with. The service is extremely reliable with amazing speeds. A recent issue we had was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and they're all a very friendly team. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.
