Been with Dyfed for donkeys years and…

Been with Dyfed for donkeys years and always been treated well. Whenever we had a problem (which wasn't often mind you) they'd be straight out to sort it. Recently had Zak around who came out to get us newer equipment and lower our bills, always great service. Managed to get our phones for cheaper than we were paying with Ee as well. Brilliant company, very happy

Our rural house always struggled to get…

Our rural house always struggled to get a maximum of 2 megabytes speed with BT with no hope of fibre coming to the area. We signed up with Dyfed telecom off the back of a neighbour’s recommendation and so far, the speed averages anything between 30 – 60 megabytes. More importantly it is reliable, and we are able to stream TV without any issues. Definitely a huge improvement for the family!

Dyfed Telecom took over the providing & servicing of our 30 business mobiles and BT office phones back in March. They gave us a competitive price, but we are more impressed with the smoothness of the experience and the aftercare. Big praise must go to Meirion and Will for their professional manner and helpful attitude.

Great Customer Service

Dyfed Telecom fitted wireless broadband to our house over 18 months ago which has worked perfectly. We recently had an issue with the router. They came out and fixed it the very next day. Fantastic customer service!

Highly recommend Dyfedtelecom

I highly recommend Dyfedtelecoms. From the initial consultation with Brendon, to the help and communications with Marcia over email, to the installation by Rhys, all completed in a matter of weeks. The team were easy to contact and replied with answers to any queries I had almost instantly. We were advised to get Starlink, and would highly recommend it to anyone struggling with broadband speeds. I didnt know Starlink was even an option until Brendon suggested it. We have now gone from 1mbps to approx 250mbps. Game changer.

I had excellent service from all the staff over the phone and in person, but especially James France. He came round and went above and beyond to give me amazing customer service and I could be more grateful.

Great experience

Timely, friendly and competent are the words that describe our experience. Brendan is something of a star when it comes to helping and explaining, while Melica seems to make everything happen! Mark, the engineer, is a happy soul, and seems unperturbable!
What could have been a complex and confusing process was very simple and painless thanks to the team.

First class experience from Dyfed Telecom, made easier because of the people that work for them. Brendon and Malice were great from start to finish. Brendon knows his stuff and immediately knew what was required, and was excellent from start to finish, Will highly recommend Dyfed Telecom and the people that work for them.

Good advice on rural broadband.
A gentleman called Jack called me and offered to test my broadband connectivity. I am currently under contract with another company, however he gave me some very helpful advice and I will consider Dyfed telecom as soon as my contract expires.
