***update*** This review was for a mail order company called DymoRhino.com DYMO have confirmed that it was not an authorised outlet and that website now appears to be "down". The manufacturer DYMO makes a good product - I have contacted Trustpilot to have the name of the review altered to confirm that it is not a review of DYMO.
Pathetic attitude and failure to provide. After placing an order, the shipping was increased in cost. The order was placed anyway, but the owner sought feedback on the experience which was provided. The owner of TAO Technologies didn't like being notified that there were issues so cancelled the order! UPDATE — the review was reported by TAO tech as containing personal data. The name has now been removed. ... DYMO have also confirmed that despite their claims on their website TAO Technologies are NOT DYMO authorised resellers.

(reply to the "reply" - You cancelled without any contact....? Why lie and claim that you were given abuse? How? There was no contact pre cancellation, just an order with the additional shipping cost PAID. Also Dymo have it confirmed in writing that you are NOT a Dymo authorised reseller, I note your website has now all content removed. "

Clearly you have a bee in your bonnet about English companies charging NI companies a higher delivery cost, and our delivery charge set you off. But we do not tolerate any angry / racist abuse aimed at our employees, and reserve the right not to have to deal with such individuals.
We also want our customers to be happy with our service, but given that you were so angry with our delivery charge for Northern Ireland (which is charged at cost by the way) we decided to cancel your order and fully refund your payment, so that you could find a company who's delivery charges you were happy with.
Also, your review contains several false statements. To clarify, we *are* a Dymo authorised reseller, and proof of this can be provided. Secondly, the website does not simply increase the cost of the shipping charge either during or after the order is placed. You chose the wrong shipping initially, before the address stage of the checkout, and then at the point that you entered your country the website would have stated that the chosen shipping charge was invalid for that country, and would ask you to choose a valid one (and you would not have been able to proceed until you had chosen a valid shipping rate). Only you could have changed the shipping rate, not the website. Also your false statement on the delivery charge contradicts itself.
