Dear Dynadot Support Team,
I am writing to express my severe disappointment with the level of customer service and support I have received recently. I have reached out regarding critical issues concerning my domain portfolio, and my messages have been ignored or left unanswered for an unacceptable amount of time.
This lack of communication and delayed support has put my domain assets at severe risk and caused significant frustration.
I urgently require you to review my account, address my pending support requests immediately, and clarify the status and security of my domains. Please escalate this matter to a senior support manager right away.
I expect a prompt and decisive response regarding this issue.

Truly a horrible experience!

Truly a horrible experience!
Orders take hours to be filled. Have been trying to update the DNS of my domains for days now with no luck. Went to get help using their online chat and they blocked my IP!
