Really great service that offers quality rentals and looks out for tenants as well as landlords
This is a really friendly, straightforward and responsive agency - something I have remarked upon to friends and family. From the outset, Shirley was super helpful in offering guidance and supporting our family to get a property that fit our needs perfectly, ensuring that the application process stayed on track and ran smoothly despite the particularities of our case. As someone who has had a number of rentals with letting agents, this agency may well come up one of the top.

A no-nonsense and professional agency
I came across Dynamic Property quite by chance when looking for somewhere to rent in the Town of Crook. I met Shirley, one of the property representatives and was immediately impressed with her professionalism and no-nonsense approach. She was extremely helpful and has remained so since I moved in over two years ago. Shirley is a credit to her company and if it was possible to award more than 5 stars to Dynamic Property I certainly would.
