Iron on logo thats where its gone wrong ...for the price I paid for a tshirt and zip up hoody I expected it to be embroidered like the bucket hat my friend got i received it literally day before the event so I had to keep them im a single parent so it was alot to spend out on for something that wont last

Hi Becky. Thank you for your feedback.
We use DTF prints which are not the same as the Iron on logos you are referring to. They have a much higher durability, ensuring a longer lasting product and we have not had a single return for print issues since using this method. Unfortunately it does not say anywhere in the product descriptions that they would be embroidered so we are not sure why you would be expecting that.
