THEY STRAIGHT STOLE MY MONEY…

They stole my money I never received the wig I ordered . They emailed me several times admitting they knew I never got my order and told me to wait and they would send me a new one. That never happened and they don’t respond to my emails anymore. I have all the emails still.

As others have stated. I ordered 1 wig and actually got 2. Neither was the 1 I ordered and both were very poor quality. I knew I was taking a chance because of the cheap price, but had I seen these reviews I wouldn't have bothered.

Do your research before you purchase!

I should have known better and done my research before ordering this cheap wig. I tried to cancel it, but it was too late, they said. Oh well! Lesson learned! You don’t get something for nothing! This wig did not look at all like the one in the picture. In fact, I suspect the model is showing her own hair. So before purchasing a wig from Dynamts, do your research (notice there are no reviews on their website).

Ordered a wig

Ordered a wig, paid for a wig and never received a wig. They said it was shipped. Found out THEY wrote down the Wrong address. Wasn't told where it was mailed to. Asked Dynamts for a refund or another delivery to the right address this time. Lets see, how many times I have been hassling them to make it right? Too many, that now they won't answer. This was their mistake. Address was correct when they sent me that my order was accepted. What happened after that I have no idea. Do not buy from these people.

Dynamts Scam Company

Ordered two wigs, they sent cheap wigs not wigs seen on advertisement. When I asked to return them they said I have to return them to China which would cost $100 to send there when the wigs cost $70. They were shipped to me locally. This company is a scam. Their ad says easy returns. It's false advertising.

BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.
Like other reviewers who have been scammed, I’d say if it seems to good to be true then it is! I ordered items from a British company called Aurora on Tic Tok under the direction of a family member. I never or want to use this platform but downloaded the app solely to order their goods.However this companynand their goods were being used as a front by dynamts who are located in Kowloon Hong Kong. As I clicked on order and on icon for insurance it kept redirecting me back to Aurora , the British company. I didn’t notice until the order was processed that the business name on the order confirmation was changed to dynamts.

I immediately googled this company on trust pilot and like so many others realised I’d been scammed. Within 8 minutes I had cancelled, but unlike the rapid order confirmation, there was no such speedy confirmation of the cancellation. I spent hours trying to get this order blocked by my CC company, but now have to wait for them to prove they are scammers! Thus 20 days for delivery, if it occurs, then loss of poor quality goods and no refund. Banks constantly urge us to look out for scams but do little to prevent it. By not blocking this transaction, it will cost them so much in the eventual administration of the complaint.

I time stamped all the transactions as screen shots and fired another email to reinforce the cancellation. To my surprise I received a response…”Dear customer, do you want to cancel this order?’ I replied yes….again. Literally ten minutes later I got a notice to say the item was shipped.👹👹👹.

This was £60 I could ill afford to spend on a gift for a person recovering from hair loss, and I realise how awful it would have been to have to gift either shoddy goods or have no gift at all.

AVOID AT ALL COST LITERALLY.

UPDATE.The goods arrived and were a joke! The kind of items one buys in dress up stores . I requested a return but as yet four weeks later am yet to receive a response. SURPRISE 😠🤬

Wish I had taken the time to look at…

Wish I had taken the time to look at reviews. Ordered 2 wigs, total garbage. Not what was advertised. It was all wrong. Out over $75. I am disappointed in the model who is advertising for a company that is scamming innocent shoppers. I used to support her, but no more. I will unsubsidized from her Chanel and I will not buy from this company ever again. Very disappointed

Junk hair Topper

I ordered a hair Topper which arrived. The quality was pitiful so I returned it. Australia Post lost the return and I asked Dynamts for their Sydney return address so that Aust Post could investigate. I have tried repeatedly to contact Dynamts and they have ignored, complicated and failed to assist my return endeavours. If you want a wig of Dynamts quality buy a Halloween wig from Spotlight. Very unhappy with both quality and lack of service. Just junk!!

SCAM!

SCAM!! I purchased two wigs and both are not what was portrayed in video. The wigs are poor quality. Don’t waste your money on this company!!
I’m out $73. If I wanted a refund I was told I would have to pay shipping to China!!

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. I saw an ad on Pinterest for a really pretty, stylish wig from Dynamts. When it arrived, I saw that it was the wrong color, wrong style, and looked nothing like the wig advertised. I wrote several times and heard nothing from them. $40 down the toilet. Thieves.
