I would avoid this company- do not let them have access to your data. They use any excuse not to fulfil their side of partnership and keep quoting T&Cs but they hold the cards!
Don’t take my word for for it - read all the reviews, so many complaints and this company have access to a lot of data that they share?

On February 23rd at 9:30 in the morning I took a video conference interview on my computer on readability/healthcare I complete the whole 1 hour interview after completion I have not got my compensation they are doing everything not to pay me first they said I did not complete the interview then they check with the project manager after 6-7 weeks and said I did complete the interview and now they want me to wait another 4 to 6 weeks to get my compensation this company is totally horrible to trying to do everything not to pay me my $175 stay clear of all surveys that this company sponsors because you'll have a tough time getting your money

I did a survey on motor insurance on the 17th of febuary , was told that the payment of a $40 egift card would take 10 days to process , now i have this written in a email. I waited until march the 10th , still nothing so i emailed them at Dynata, A person called cielou told me not to worry and that payment would be coming but that person needed info like the link i was given and so forth, so that was given . Cielou then said she will get in touch with the person handling that research. I waited two days and Cielou ended up getting back to me and telling me i had to wait 6 weeks. Im beyond upset. I took time out of my day to do this knowing i will get paid. We are now at the 7 week stage. What ever you do stay clear, by the looks of it , they do this regulary, if your a business wnting Dynata's help. Do not use their business. They re taking your money , hiring researchers then not paying them.

its annoying, they keep close and not processing my survey. Such a wasting time

They call my business line constantly. I block and block and its always a new number. They are starting to interfere with my ability to earn a living and speak with my customers. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and their local state attorney general. The relentless pursuit of me is creepy and has been going on for a very long time.

Who are these people? They called my unlisted home phone number, just a few minutes ago and it's 8;45 PM EST...my time! I don't even know them. Don't call me anymore.

scam do not use these con artists and NEVER use valued opinions. they are thieves.

So in November they reached out to Qualboard who in turn reached out to branded surveys and I was given the "opportunity," it was worth $50. I was told later it would take up to 6 weeks to be paid. That would make it in the middle of January. By the end of January I was in touch with the company as no payment had yet been sent. I was told roughly around Feb. 1st. So on the fifth I reached out and was ignored. I reached out again on the sixth and was told it is being looked into and wait (no time frame,) for a response. If you have a survey redirect you make sure that you know it is not being conducted by this lying scam of a company.

Interviewer sounds as though she spoke no known language. Would not reveal for whom the survey was being conducted. A “brief” survey lasted >15” in what I consider to be the screening mode. If you see Dyndata on the phone ID, don’t pick up…

These people keep calling all the time and never leave a message. Going to block them.

These weirdos call multiple times and harass you for no reason what so ever. Also if you're going to bother people for no reason at least be polite

I really want to give 0 rating for Dynata survey. Every time I complete survey for Dynata at the end end it says "Take another survey" even after giving spending 30 minutes on one survey. It's really disheartening. If you people are here to make money please do not cheat on us we do these surveys for extra money in our spare time. Really disgusting.

I was in training for 3 weeks and havent been paid not one time. I reached out to them so many times without any call back nor email!! I cant say if its a scam or not at this time but its not looking good at all right now . Im hoping someone gets back to me about the training but we will see how this goes .

Be interesting to see what the future holds for Dynata …Laben’s growth philosophy of buying up these smaller companies, then watching them decline because of Dynata’s reputation wasn’t great , but now Laben is out . He’s out for a reason , so something to monitor if there’s any changes , etc

So I thought only I met this problem. It asks for your postal code every time before you do the survey. I’m in Hong Kong and I tried to input 999077 like hundreds of times, but it just won’t work. I also tried to use other countries’ postal codes or type some random numbers(didn’t work). What the f- am I supposed to input as my postal code??? And even there’s no response with the gmail I send to you like months ago.

When I go to a survey before it asked you when is your postal code and I put it in and doesn't go anywhere and did this numerous of times so use need to fix this as I can't make money from the surveys because of this issue

Phone you multiple times a week, when you answer the phone is rining and then hangs up. Tired of being harrassed by this company. Calling in to get tsken off their call list is futile.

Called my cell 2 nights in a row at 9:24 PM, the 3rd night a little earlier. Phone numbers are from different towns & cities. Collecting data? Starting with our personal data? How can this be legal in this country?
